Friendly and comfortable experience. The team was helpful, available and supportive. Our salesperson, Anthony Valdez was extraordinary. He was so helpful, informed and supportive. Any questions about process, the EV mechanics and charging was thoroughly answered and what he didn't know he researched and got back to us. He's personable but not pushy. He made buying a car great! I definitely recommend him to handle your sale.

Honestly, I always dread dealing with any car stuff. This experience was a dream! From being greeted in the lobby, communication about what’s going on with my car, service was completed in a timely manner, and then gave me convenient options for payment. I called in on a Monday for service my Chevy truck needed and Jason was helpful on scheduling me an appointment for Thursday but told me if I can bring it in and leave it he could possibly help me that same day. I was able to drop off leave for the day and got my issue fixed. Very professional from dropping off to picking up.

Took 3 weeks to not fix my van door, charged me more than the cost of parts on warrantee, and forced me to pay to get my keys back. She looked me in the face and said "...thats the best we can do". Infuriating waste of time. Body shop wrote a letter stating they misdiagnosed the problem and did not fix the door, which they did fix including painting the entire side of the van in 2 weeks. I was recharged for the same parts, since warrantee will only pay once. Visa wouldn't dispute the charge since I paid and signed the bill, catch 22. Incompetent and uncaring, go to an independent and get proper service and integrity.

There are a lot of bad reviews here for a reason. How these people can look you in the face and charge money when it's obvious they don't know what they are doing amazes me. I brought my van in with a sliding door that wouldn't close. I have a bumper to bumper warrantee that should cover everything. After three (3) weeks, yes 3 weeks, I picked up the van... the door was exactly as before, with a $650 bill. I was livid, disputed the charge on the spot, but had to pay and sign the tag to get my keys. I took it to a body shop that day that wrote a note saying the problem was misdiagnosed and not repaired. I had to pay a second time for parts the dealership used on warrantee, that were again damaged because the door was still misaligned. The warrantee company had already paid for parts once, which cost more than the $650 bill. The Visa company wouldn't dispute the charge because I signed the bill and paid it, which means I accepted the work. Catch 22. By the way, the body shop ordered a new door, actually fixed and painted it and adjacent door panels, all in 2 weeks. Avoid these idiots unless you want to roll the dice on their incompetence. There are many excellent independent shops that actually deliver good service in a timely manner.

Really nice people. Family friendly. Great cars. Flexible with trying to work with you; making sure you're satisfied. Would recommend for those reasons. Really love them. Just wish they would put a little more value into the vehicle before handing it off to someone else, at a high price. For example: make sure the back windshield is totally visible, and not blurred from the old tint. Put some new tires on if it's a car that could be dangerous to somebody who's never driven a car like that before, and the tires are possibly old/dried out. Let the person know the car slides a lot when it's wet out if they've never driven a car like that before. Otherwise, this was the car for me! Lessons learned (accident), and love my girl! So, I can't really complain! Job well done

Here's an idea, when someone comes through your doors or hits the lot, greet them by saying "welcome, let me know if I can be of any help"...not, "what can I sell you today?"...and worse yet, an unlocked Vintage car on the showroom with "do not touch" on windshield, was NOT in sight on the doors,and not observed on windshield, so when the door was opened just to look inside I recieved a very unwelcoming remark to the tune of "don't touch thecar" (you fucking idiot)....This sales team needs to LIGHTEN UP! I have never been inside a more hostilesetting than Platinum Chevrolet...everyone in this dealership needs to chill out. The general atmosphere is VERY cold and calculated. I can only believe it happens from the top down. No wonder there wasn't a customer in sight.

The Li-ion battery in my 2022 Bolt EUV failed to take a charge. I took the car in for diagnosis and required repairs. I was advised, in the first 24 hours, that my battery needed to be replaced. I was also told that that battery is not a stocked item and that batteries were received when they were received. I knew there was a strike in progress at GM so I was very apprehensive about schedule for my repair. I joyfully received a call from Jason, my service advisor, when my car was ready - 13 days after dropping it off! I picked up the car, which seems to be as good as or better than new.I consider this experience with Platinum Chevrolet to have been excellent at all steps. My thanks to Jason, to Chad Tani, who appears to have been responsible for the major work, and others in the Service department.

Drove 3 1/2 hours to get my new Camaro ss serviced. The staff was nice and helpful. Got to see some cool cars in the showroom while I waited also.Will definitely be bringing my car here for all its services and when it’s time to upgrade as well

Service dept was very helpful and kept me updated all through the process. Odin was my Tech advisor, he really did a great job with my truck. The energy he put into working with the extended warranty company was incredible. I highly recommend this service department if you need help with your GM truck.

The team at Platinum have always taken great care of me in both the sales department - I've bought two great used trucks from them - as well as service! the team is prof and the work needed is always hobest. I highly recommend checking out this dealership before buying your next vehicle or service.
