Our son is currently in rehab for Tommy John Surgery, and we needed this to help with his recovery. Customer service was amazing giving us options to get this product as quick as possible. So much personal touch and compassion for our son. Highly recommend base on product as well as customer service.

The absolute BEST customer service ever. I seemed to be having somewhat of a issue with my pocket radar, called and without hesitation had a replacement on my doorstep in 2 days with return shipping for used unit. 5

Blown away by their service! Called the customer service # for some issues with a Smart Coach. About 5-10 minutes later I was satisfied and a new one was shipped out to me the next morning (about 3 days for delivery). I dreaded calling because I hate wasting time on the phone, but I won't ever hesitate to call them again....
