The shop is a very clean location with fantastic employees and wonderful clerk's. They have excellent communication skills and have excellent customer service every time. When something is out they call when it is in. The inventory has expanded and the staff are attuned to a young hip clientele. The experience is great and customers are happier. The guys helped with bong questions and the overall service is good. Although overpriced, the staff are solid and the shop is a head shop that has room for improvement.
I’ve been to this smoke shop a few times and have had different staff help me each time. Every single time, the staff members have been polite, helpful, and very pleasant. The store was well stocked, and it was easy to park and get in and out. I recommend the Santa Rosa puff puff passand will be going back again.
