Not recommend for the visually impaired as even with an appointment pts are under the impression that they are checked in with the digital hand check in but it puts them as a walk-in and the system does not acknowledge that they have an appointment.I have an appointment for my visually impaired brother and he did the hand check in so iPad to check in checked him in as a walking pt not noting that he had an appointment and it wasn't til I noticed he's name was not on the board that I brought it someone's attention but by then was 40 minutes after he's appointment NOT GOID PATIENT CARE HORRIBLE PLACE FIR THE VISUALLY IMPAIRED

Update: Since my last review I've been back to this same Quest location twice with my elderly mother. The first time it was the same, simple check-in, great phlebotomist, and short wait. Yesterday, a Monday, it was crowded when we arrived and the phlebotomists were calling out name of people who'd previously checked-in had left-several had. They also were telling people who were walk-ins that they'd be waiting at least 30 minutes. My mother's visit was almost exactly an hour. Ugh! I could see by the patient list on their board that they'd booked 4 people for each time slot that runs in 10 minute increments. That's the problem. Those poor phlebotomists! I'll keep coming back and see how it goes.

I've been to this place 4 times. Overall it does look clean and some of the staff can actually be nice to you. But not all of them. To have a successful visit to this facility I personally would recommend you to check their hours from at least two different resources, make an appointment if you can, and bring all the documents they might possibly need. But you still can face an attitude from some of their personnel. Be ready and good luck!

I use Quest for all of my blood draws and have been super happy with the girls here. I have been going here for two years now since my diagnosis and in the beginning I needed labs done weekly. I now get them done monthly. Each and every time I have visited I have been met with kindness and respect. My doctors have also been happy with the quick turnaround of my results. Which is usually 24. Hours. I do have to say coming in with an appointment is necessary. They are a busy office so you can't expect immediate service without an appointment. I use the office and Sebastopol and both are great.

Difficult place to get your labs done. They lost my first referral, so I had to come back. Had and appointment, but still had to wait 45 minutes. My doctor can't get the results from them for unknown reason, so I will have to go to a different lab and have the test down again. Quest is waisting my time and compromising my ability to get medical treatment from my doctor in a timely manner. It bad enough having an illness, but so much worse when you have to deal with an incompetent unprofessional lab and wait for treatment.

What a hot mess this lab is. So unorganized, hide in back office, unhelpful. Can't seem to answer a simple question. Do not use this lab if u want efficiency. None of them know what they are doing. Insane! UPDATE: OMG! This place is crazy! Who are these people? UPDATE 3:! Omg stay away from this place. The staff are completely ignorant, rude, yell at patients, slam the door in patients faces, its unbelievable! BEWARE! Do NOT use this horrific lab! UPDATE: I contacted Coorparate. They are as outraged as I am. Formal complaint submitted. This office should be shut down, or fire all staff. Replace with people that are not abusive.

The lab itself is rather shabby and the online appointment app is difficult to navigate but the phlebotomists are wonderful.Today I had Stacey and she was friendly, efficient and skilled. I was taken in right at my appointment time.Plenty of parking at the site.

Very organized with an updated computer check-in system. Always make an appointment, I don't suggest ever doing a walk in.

I would give this place zero stars if It was possible. This Is by far the worst quest I've ever been to. They were EXTREMELY unprofessional and even asked my for personal information and very inappropriate questions in the waiting room. I've never experienced this before at any other quest this is super inappropriate behavior also the staff seemed drunk and tripped multiple times and were cracking rude inappropriate jokes while I was waiting in a room.

Waited an hour in the waiting room and they never called my name. Went in and told them they forgot about me and they took me in just to tell me I couldn’t get my blood withdrawn until I got my COVID results. Called my Doctor and she told me they were wrong to do that.

I went to Quest after making an appointment on-line, a few days ago. The earliest morning appointment I could get was at 10:30, which meant I needed to "fast" until then, in order to obtain the fasting glucose listed on my primary care doctor's ordered lab screens. When I found the lab, there was no parking available close to the office - even though the office is located right in the middle of a parking lot. The outside of the office was surrounded with a large number of people milling around the doors, resembling a homeless encampment. After walking back from where I needed to park, I then went into the crowded lab office, where there was no receptionist or other human to help. Every chair was taken with mask-wearing customers. There was a computer screen to sign in, but I was now 10 minutes late for the appointment by the time I figured out how to use it. The computer told me I had missed my time slot, and therefore would need to wait as a "drop-in". There were at least 50 people waiting, and there did not seem to be any possibility I would be getting my blood drawn. I left. This lab did not seem like the same place I have used in the past. Overcrowded. Inadequate personnel without even someone for the front office to talk with consumers. Slow service with an inordinate wait time. Find another lab.

This facility was very crowded. I recommend having an appointment. If you go without an appointment you may have to wait much longer because most people have appointments. The man that did my draw was Brandon. He was very good and I am a hard draw. I highly recommend this business
