Useless, incompetent, rude, inconvenient. Holding a package for a week with no notification they were holding it. United Parcel Service and Rabbit Hole Post failed on every level.UPS was paid to deliver a package. They didn’t. They also did NOT provide notice to the recipient about the package. NO notice was provided that you or UPS was holding the package. The recipient was a 93 year old man who cannot be expected to drive to your facility to pick up his medication.I have no idea who you are. You are not UPS. That package should have been at the UPS facility on Industrial Drive in Santa Rosa.A complaint is being filed with UPS about this completely failed delivery. For 2 years UPS has been able to deliver my father’s medication to his home. Now suddenly they can’t. Something has been broken that was NOT broken before.

So nice and helpful! The customer service is always excellent. They even trimmed down my box size to help me save some money on my holiday shipping. This is a great local spot!

I stopped by this location on a whim, since it's outside my regular route. I had to ship some large items and happened to be in the area. The new owner, Roy, helped me trouble shoot the cheapest shipping options as well as offer me creative solutions for a wonky order. He was calm, kind and genuine. His expertise was evident based on the questions he asked and the solutions he provided. And, bonus- he ships wine to most states in the US (a few are excluded)! I'll definitely be back and am planning on going out of my way to support his business in the future. I highly recommend the Rabbit Hole Post for all your shipping needs.

Ali (the owner) is a consummate professional. She has handled (and shipped) many estate sales. She applies that same knowledge to her service to the public. I feel fortunate to have such skill and fluidity with packing and shipping close by. I've shipped both simple and inexpensive items, as well as complicated and expensive items. All have arrived at their destination without incident...and that's a very good outcome!

Rabbit Hole is amazing. The day before we were flying home from Sonoma/Santa Rosa, my daughter and I learned that UPS and FedEx do not ship wine. It’s a consumer to consumer licensing issue. We had purchased bottles from several wineries and each had a case to ship home. PS. Not one winery told us this.My daughter, since she had flown Alaska, could check hers for free. Alaska is the best! Unfortunately my airline did not. I did some Google searches and came across Rabbit Hole. The owner is amazing and highly knowledgeable about wine shipping since they do a lot of it for local wineries. The price was reasonable and they are located 5 minutes from the Santa Rosa airport. What a great service!If you are visiting or live in the Santa Rosa area, keep Rabbit Hole on your go-to list for your shipping needs!

Ali was fantastic when I arrived with several bottles of wine I wanted to send back home. She recommended sorting them by their value into two separate packages and adding insurance. The total cost was far less than I expected for one package! She definitely enjoys helping people and I highly recommend her service!!
