Watch your back with this store. I had to go back twice this week because of their "mistakes". The first time , I bought shrimp that was advertised as $9 for 2 lbs. they charged me $30 and blamed it on the meat department for putting out the wrong shrimp. Today, the bagger didn't load all my groceries into my cart so when I got home , I noticed that an entire bag of groceries were missing. I go back no apology no offer to make it right. I get a "I'll talk to the bagger about it" this store is horrible for customer service and you have to watch what their doing because if you don't they will screw you. Bad experience , don't shop at this Raleys.

The produce is sad, and the ATM hasn’t been fixed in weeks. Have a good selection of humanely raised animal products, and the prices aren’t that great.

When I'm in the neighborhood I'll shop at Raleys. It's a little pricey so it's worth figuring out how to get their member or frequent shopper discounts, similar to Safeway s saving potential. I like Raleys bc It has a wonderful selection of personal care products, pet supplies, gifts and fresh produce. Of course a great wine department too. I also appreciate the interior design utilizing dark wood. It seems to mellow out the fluorescent lights so typical of grocery stores. Enjoy!

Stock was a bit low (empty shelves / cases) and I wish there was a bigger selection of gluten free options and organic options but overall very good grocery.

I feel like I go back in time when I go in there. It has a shopping feeling of being in maybe the late 80s early 90s it's just a setup I don't know there's some things that are decently priced but then there's others that aren't but I still love it

One thing about this grocery store is...it makes me feel safe. I also have no problem going directly to the area I need.

Fulton Rd Raleys has really gone downhill! Lately, when I shop there, i leave irritated. There is NEVER enough cashiers. Today, there were 3 checkstands opened and long lines. Even self checkout had a line! (I don't use SC ever). No one called for more cashiers, no management visible. It's getting to the point that I am going to start driving across town to Safeway on College Ave if this keeps up!

Horrible customer service - the worst I've ever experienced at any grocery store! This store in nothing at all like is used to be - I've been shopping there since they first opened. The current staff, including management, do not give a hoot about losing long-standing faithful customers. I ordered a cooked Butterball for Thanksgiving, was told a few mins later, a friend was bringing a turkey so I immediately called Raley's Fulton (per instructions on my printout if I needed help). Seven phone calls and 24 mins later - no one would, could nor cared to help me - the Meat Dept, E-Cart employee and manager, even the general store manager. I was put on hold, hung up on, and promised a return phone call which never came. The only employee with any Customer Service grace and skills, and the only employee worth keeping, is Jennifer, the Head Customer Service Clerk, who answered each of my calls. She apologized, tried to assist, and understood my increasing frustration and disgust with Raley's. Determined to cancel this order, I even called the next day, foolishly thinking "Ah ha, the Deli Dept is who I should have talked to yesterday!). Unbelievably, I got the same arrogant, uninterested, "it's not my problem" attitude. "You need to come in and talk to Customer Service at the front counter." Seriously? I told him I talked to them seven times yesterday and no one could help me. F@#!$%^ Raley's!! I'm NEVER shopping there again. Spend your hard-earned money any place else!
