As much as I love redwing boots, I sincerely despise this store location.Aside from one employee, the customer service here - all the way up to management level, is a joke. Upon dropping these boots off, they were extremely rude. Almost upset that I simply brought a pair of redwings in to get cleaned.When the boots were finished, I never got a call as I was promised. I had to call several days later to confirm they were finished. When I came in to pick them up, because they had to keep them for several days, the boots were in worse condition than I left them.I have lots of boots. From Nicks Boots, Lucchese’s, down to several redwings. This is not the customer service I am willing to accept for the price I pay for their boots.Needless to say, if you buy a pair of redwings.. great. But it will be in your best interest to not visit this store.

The associates that assisted me were courteous and knowledgeable. Saul was able to find the 1412 workboot in Washington state and arranged to have shipped to the Santa Rosa location. Otherwise I was likely going to have to wait until September as there supply chain shortages for the insulation in this particular boot. Saul's efforts to find my workboot were extraordinary. When I picked up my workboot after being notified via sms text message that Saul had arranged, Jeremy finalized the purchase. Jeremy made me aware of a 10% discount on one of the items, very graciously applied my Union membership discount and was very courteous throughout. The associates at Santa Rosa Redwing are always very courteous and knowledgeable.

Women’s selection could be better but they at least stocked some, in a small womens/ applicable male size. Women need boots too and these stores need to carry them. Irish setter has my respect as one of the only companies that has smaller mens/ women’s sizes. The lady here helped and was super nice

Horrible Customer Service; Manager(s) Verbally Berated us.If I could rate this "business" a zero stars, I would, because the experience we had was atrocious.After being told by one of the managers, JEREMY, that our $300 NEVER USED gift card was basically useless, we did everything in our power to try and resolve the issue and, rightfully, get the money off the card. We checked in with management regularly over the past week to try and get updates on the status of our gift card (which they were holding at the store), to which we were met with nothing but hostility from management. Jeremy told us that the gift card's funds were basically lost and BLAMED us for the card being unusable even though it was an issue on redwings part because they updated their card reading system after we received the card. Jeremy said that we shouldn't complain because it was like us losing cash, which is highly ridiculous because we had PHYSICALLY given them the gift card to check for us, thus the funds were NOT lost. This was very disheartening and made us feel like our money was stolen.Then the manager VICKY comes into the picture.Upon hearing that our gift card situation was sorted out and we were able to pick up and use the card, we went to the store, excited to get a nice new pair of boots. The minute we walked through the door we were met with overwhelming hostility by the other manager, Vicky. Vicky proceeded to verbally berate and borderline yell at us in the store, telling us that we are no longer allowed in the store after this purchase and continuing on to blame us for the company's inability to honor their own gift cards. Vicky blamed us for EVERYTHING that went wrong with the card, even though all we did was drop the card off with them at the store and hope for the best. We could not even try on the boots comfortably in the store because Vicky had made the situation so hostile and awkward for us.I am DISGUSTED with how this situation was handled, and I would NEVER recommend going to this storefront as long as VICKY and JEREMY are there.

$300 stolen, disappointed with Redwing Boots Santa Rosa.Have a gift card that is a few years old (2022). $300 on it. Go in to try to use the card, Redwing apparently changed systems and cant access the card funds. Get told there is nothing they can do.So basically they took $300 for a gift card and wont honor the gift card. Pretty disappointed

I bought a pair of boots from this place and 2 months later there is a loud clicking noise in my left boot... For 170 bucks ...kind of a waste of my money...will never get these again

My friend bought a pair of boots on the clearance rack for $110 so I tried to find something on the clearance rack to but couldn't find anything so it took me a minute because I didn't have that much money but your sales person was patient and helped my find a pair of boots.

Discriminatory customer service.On premise manager refused to exchange or return a pair of defected boots purchased the day before.Instead of accommodation I was humiliated and refused service.

You're living in the past if you don't go to this store and get fitted for shoes on their futureistic electronic foot measuring super computer built that i swear was built with alien tech. It measures the size of your foot as well as takes an electronic read of your gait!I now realize that I've never had shoes. That actually fit my feet the right way... total game changer!All the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable on their products and how to properly fit them to their customers.I truly walked away from this establishment a changed man, and I would recommend anybody looking for a solid selection of work boots or stylish and durable streetware to stop in and give them a look.My last pair of Redwings have over 6 years on them and I'm only replacing because a new job requires black footwear so I'll definitely be putting many more miles on the og pair on my days off.Redwings = happy feet
