So I’m fairly new to Santa Rosa, feels like I’m so out of place here the way people stare at me! Walked into this rent a center and was greeted by an awesome employee named Uriel. He’s knowledgeable and friendly and has become my Santa Rosa saving Grace! I have purchased a living room set from him, went back and rented a bedroom set, and just recently a washer and dryer. I go to him specifically each time because of how nice he was to me and because of his willingness to get me exactly what I’m looking for. It’s not just his job, he’s a nice guy and I’m glad he was who I had the experience with. 5 stars because of Uriel’s customer service!!

I had an awesome experience at this location. I appreciate the patience and knowledgeable customer service of Mr Brown. I would say I’m impressed with the exceptional handling and making me feel at ease in picking out the right products for redecorating my place. Now I just wish he was at Starbucks so my coffee would be right in the morning :) Thank you for the expertise and making me feel welcome ??

Kirsten and Calvin are awesome !! I am a local Realtor who stages my clients home when selling. Timeframes are a critical part of my job. Kirsten and Calvin always make sure my furniture is delivered on time. They always welcome me by name even if it's been a few months since my last visit. Great store!! "BEST" customer service.

Had one of your drivers almost sideswipe me bobbing and weaving through traffic doing 90mph+ in the lift gate box truck from Santa rosa all the way until I got off at the petaluma pass, younger light skin fellow with a dermal on his face. Wouldn't use this service after this encounter on the road. Also kept checking his phone, last I checked using cellphones while driving now is a felony
