Its nice to know that my local pharmacy has a personal care philosophy which they encourage from their staff. Thank you for the attention to each customer, including me.

We are grateful to the pharmacy assistant and pharmacist at the Rite Aid on Farmers Lane in Santa Rosa who stayed late to fill our prescriptions on Friday night. They were super accommodating given that we arrived 15 minutes before they closed. We've been in the ED for the previous 6 hours and didn't think about the fact that the pharmacy might close before we could fill the prescriptions. We appreciate that they filled all those pain medications so that my partner could get some sleep that night despite his injuries from a bicycle crash.
We had been to that pharmacy many times in the past because we found them to be, by far, the best place to get vaccinations in Santa Rosa.

Really low on product selection. Looks like they're going out of business.

A bit of a wait at the pharmacy, but the rest of the store was clean and well stocked, and the associate who checked me out was delightful.

I primarily use the pharmacy here, with occasional store items as needed. I've always found the employees to be very helpful tho not intrusive, I'm always greeted as I come in with a cheerful hello & welcome, and for convenience it's the same large parking lot as Wednesday and Saturday SR Community Farmers Market (the best!) . After using this pharmacy over several years, granted with changes in staff, I do still recommend this RiteAid branch. Any small issues I've ever encountered, such as a refill forgotten, were quickly and efficiently remedied with a quick call. Overall, both pharmacy and store encompass a very smooth and professional staff. Decent prices overall considering the convenient location, ease of parking and shopping available while waiting for Rx. Do look for the deals in the ads & /or end of season - worth checking out. Definitely recommend!

Pharmacy review is ZERO STARS.Nearly 1 HOUR wait for 2 people waiting to get RSV shots.UNDERSTAFFED FOR MONTHS.BOOOOOOOOOOO!Going elsewhere! What a freaking waste of time!Phone appointment-taker didn't even connect the dots on my age to see if I qualified for the RSV shot when I made the appointment by phone. UNBELIEVABLE.Don't waste your time!

I wanted to get a few personal necessities and didn't want to park a long distance away and then have to navigate a cavernous store like CVS. So I looked and found this nice local Rite Aid and was able to park right by the entrance and lave my little dog in the car for a few minutes (I shop in the morning when I bring my dog so I can get my errands done before things really heat up). I was able to get all the items I needed in this small and not crowded store. Though they were clearly running at bare bones staffing I was still able to get my items and to checkout in less than 15 minutes. My dog was neither uncomfortable nor anxious since my trip was so brief. Nice place, clean, intuitively organized, with polite and knowledgeable staff. I had only come for some antacids, a few batteries for a radio, and an impulsive candy bar but that would have taken much longer at the CVS and, maybe I'm imagining this, but the Rite Aid staff seemed somehow happier than the CVS folks who, in my experience seem pretty unhappy with their jobs. So, shorter walk, easy parking, had what I came for and got my errands done in record time. Yay, Rite Aid.

Pharmacy doesn't work. Won't answer phone. When they do, they put me on hold indefinitely. Forget it.

Peter at the pharmacy went above and beyond working after pharmacy hours just for me to get my medication. He is the best!

Rite Aid established me as a new customer and made the needed transition from "CVS" to acquire my needed diabetic blood sugar testing aparatus that CVS failed to do repeatedly. Rite Aid contacted my doctor, got the needed information required by medicare and filled the perscription I was out of all in the same day---Thank You CVS :- ( Grrr...! I have had it with CVS being so lame regarding my particular perscription. I feel I am off to a good/great start with Rite Aid appointing me with confidence in their ability to satisfy my medicinal/testing needs that I use daily.Randall (Randy) Stevens (formerly Freeman)

My first time coming to this store and most definitely my last coming to rite aid in general! I came in to do some shopping and also had a return my mom asked to to do for her. Cynthia, the manager, was so rude and had the audacity to suggest I stole the said item I was returning as she didn’t carry that product there. I informed her that it wasn’t purchased there but assumed corporate stores take returns from other stores. She didn’t even give me a chance to reply before she turned around and walked away. Then proceeded to loudly explain that she would be “ checking the cameras closely for shoplifters” to herself as there was no one else but me. Not to mention she looked high off her gourd on god only knows what. Worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Clearly she is more than pleased with her title and is on a power trip. No wonder the store looks like it’s closing. I doubt there’s a lot of return business as I’m sure she’s a habitual verbal assailant. Too bad because rite aid used to be my go to drug store for a lot of weekly shopping!

This used to be a TERIFFIC Pharmacy when Barbara the Pharmacist was here. RX's were filled within 1 hour usually (with a smile from Barbara as well). Since she left, the wait is usually several hours longer, the service has suffered (not organized & employees look confused), last time they said "come back in 1 hour & it will be ready for sure because the pharmacist is filling it right now". I waited 1.5 hours & it still was not ready. They said it would be ready in an additional 45 minutes. Over 1 hour later it was ready & "sorry we got busy" was their explanation. It is amazing how much of a beneficial difference one person like Barbara can make. Now it's not unusual to have 8-10 customers in line with just 1 employee working slowly at the counter & the wait in line alone can be quite long now. I am getting my stuff transferred to another place unless Barbara comes back or someone as good as her is hired right away. We miss you Barbara !!!!
