Rarely has dairy in the store and if there's only one employee showing up on time they refuse to open the doors at the time it's supposed to open. Go anywhere else.

I tried to buy some razors for $15 dollars with a newer $100 dollar bill. The younger big guy wearing the gray 'theft prevention' shirt was running the cash register said "I'm not going to take your $100 dollar bill if you're only going to buy $15 worth of stuff". I asked if he was serious and showed him that it's a real $100 bill. He said no. I went across the street to Food Max and only paid $11 for the same thing. I had no problem using a $100 bill there. This Rite aid will let you walk out of the store stealing things but when someone wants to use a $100 bill to buy something and support their business they tell you no.

Me, my wife, and our daughter were there to pick up prescription last Wednesday evening. This was not gonna be an ordinary prescription pickup because the cost should be covered by my wife's Disability Insurance. We were told over the phone by Rite Aid pharmacy that if my wife's Disability Insurance confirms the prescription.. There will be no copay. If they don't get a confirmation.. there will be an $80 copay. Well... previous experiences from my wife's Disability Insurance company made me think that we will be paying the copay and then hopefully get a refund from that company later on. I was ready to pay the copay when we were told by the Pharmacist that she called my wife's Disability Insurance company and she was able to confirm the prescription. We were all pleasantly surprised and I just wanna say "thank you" again to the very nice Pharmacist at this Rite Aid. In my opinion, everybody is overworked everywhere and she could have chosen not to make the extra phone call but she still did and she saved us the work of calling that company and getting a refund.

Went there to try and get a Covid shot, had an appointment. Unfortunately, I had the most unhelpful male person ever to help somebody. He just stood there looking at me could not answer any questions just asked me for stuff that I didn't have. I ended up me and my husband just having to leave since he could not help us, didn't even speak or answer or ask any questions. had no interest in helping us and worst customer service ever

If you're already questioning why you're even alive or if you're sick or in pain, don't use this pharmacy, it will make you want to end it all. Pharmacist is nice and helps but she can't do it alone. Employees look unhappy too. And they never ever answer the phone.

I had a good experience there with buying the snacks that I like as well as the pharmacy since I went in and it wasn’t ready so I just came back later and it was ready. Line was long but I didn’t mind

Employees DO NOT answer the phone..*This was a known previous problem but since they have come into business (closure), they have had better service which has subsequently dropped off of a cliff.Answer the telephone, this is a huge problem and is negligent.Rite Aid Regional Manager—Please address these systemic issues for the community food (and otherwise) desert of Roseland.Is it understaffed, perhaps? —> If not, retrain (or)rehire.Best,Everyone who I have ever heard standing in your arduously long line.

We have been sitting in the drive-through prescription pick up line for over 10 minutes. The pharmacist did not even acknowledge us. After pushing the button several times they said please wait. Then they helped a walk up customer who arrived after us. We still have not been helped.
