Literally the slowest freaking pharmacy on earth. Why have 2 registers when only one is in use? A simple pick-up turns into a half hour ordeal. I'm changing pharmacies, which is unfortunate as this one is so close to home, but it is not worth it.

I waited at the drop off for 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged me (no one else was in front of me). The next day I tried calling and was placed on hold for over 10 minutes before hanging up. I called three times after and was place directly on hold. Horrible customer service.

Broke my leg, I went in to get my prescription filled. the doctor gave me a paper prescription so they told me they wouldn't/couldn't do it unless they got a hold of the doctor on phone. So they tell me to come back in 30 min And that they will also text me when its done. I come back they've closed down. Then I get a message an hour after I leave saying that my prescriptions ready..... an hour after they've closed... Terrible dealing with them I should have headed the warning of the other reviews. I need pain meds for my leg... simple.. ALSO CAME BACK NEXT DAY AND THEY WERE CLOSED... post the real hours..

I just called to get a refill and the person there just rushed through and got the wrong info then hung up on me. She sounds really overworked. I had to call back just to finish the conversation. I've been there before and they always open late; the elderly are waiting in line for their meds. I really need to probably go to a different pharmacy but this one is close.

This is one of the slowest pharmacies I've ever been to. It seems to be run very poorly i have waited in line for over 1/2 hour with only 2 people in front of me. It’s not uncommon to have them spend 20 min on one customer and never does a second person come to the register to help out even though there are two. In the Petaluma Safeway pharmacy they generally have fewer people working and are at least twice as fast.

I went yesterday to get moderna booster. Appt made on 8/18/2021 online. Had recd my first two here as well. Arrived and the pharmacist, Donna S., was refusing to give me my booster. My doctor told me to get the booster as soon as it was available. Donna S. made me list all my immune issues out load, in front of other customers, in public. I asked for her business card, she said she didn't have one. She was rude, argued with me and I feel violated hippa laws forcing me to list my medical issues in front of others. And, I'm over 65. I will never step one foot back in this store or pharmacy. I am a 36 year resident of Santa Rosa.

This location frequency runs out of a medication I have to take daily, forcing me to spend more and more time off my meds when I need them refilled.They also can't transfer some prescriptions to other pharmacies, so you may be out of luck if they run out of something you need and your doc isnt available to write a new one.I also struggle with them on the phone to get most of my scripts filled, and they've "lost" several of them over the past year.Something about this location has caused it to go downhill. I finally got annoyed enough to switch to another pharmacy, and I suggest you avoid this location if you want your pharmacy to be reliable.

This pharmacy seems completely disorganized. They forget to order a medication. They send a text notice that a prescription is ready for pick up and then say it has not even been ordered when I show up. I can talk to one person and get one explanation and the next person I speak with gives me a completely different story. One time this might be an understandable error, but this is a frequent occurrence. They lose a doctor's faxed in order and ask that the doctor resubmit the prescription. Never once have they apologized or even seemed to understand that this sloppiness can have serious consequences for patients who are using drugs that cannot not simply be discontinued.

Mostly the people who work here are nice but the whole pharmacy is sort of a mess. Their website and phone message both say they open at 9am, but when I showed up at 9am the gate was still down. They opened it a few minutes later but weren't ready to actually help customers until almost 9:15! And one of the four people working had her mask below her nose the whole time. Usually I have our prescriptions mailed to our house (a service I am glad they provide, and the only thing making this a 2 star review instead of 1 star) but they do NOT have a good system for it. Several times I've tried to have one mailed, not received it for a few days, and called back to find out they never put it in the mail. There is no way to just have prescriptions auto-mailed when they're filled, and I can't even get them to send me notifications when my refill is ready on auto-fill.

I have been getting prescriptions since August from a car accident injury that keeps resurfacing. I have been extremely frustrated with my experience with the clinic over this situation and still in pain, in October. A misunderstanding with dosage led me to not receiving pain patches, the only thing that was helping. I felt empathy and extremely sweet character from the older, Asian pharmacist that has been witnessing my struggle. I appreciate him so much. Sometimes I've waited a bit longer than promised, when he hasn't been there, that's why only 4 stars. Never a specific issue with anyone else but He is just the best!
