Lots of secondhand parts for cheap. In-store selection of new parts and prices on secondhand parts are good but not great.

I've gone to Santa Rosa Computers a couple times for hardware replacement and they have always provided excellent service. Last week my power supply went bad and they had it replaced and rewired exceptionally well. Their service is quick, professional, and knowledgeable.

Santa Rosa Computers fixed up my custom build PC tower and it's running better than ever. I was charged their minimum fee for repairs (which is a great price) and am happy with their professionalism. My computer was giving me an MBR Error 1 when I tried to turn it on and whenever I tried to change the boot priority in BIOS it kept freezing, but the awesome technician's at this business fixed it up super quick! Only complaint I have is that they let me know it would be 2-3 business days then they'd call me, but I didn't get a call. I waited a few days and I called them 6 business days later asking for an update, and my computer was ready. Overall a great experience and I am satisfied with their repair.

Went to see them for the first time today since moving to the area as I had a mystery issue with my Chromebook for which I was seeking help. I was greeted by the delightful Jackson as soon as I walked in and it took him about 30 seconds to diagnose my problem. While still standing at the counter he continued to talk to me about how exactly I wanted things configured and answered all my questions. This was easily the most pleasant, professional and speedy service I have ever experienced from any IT repair store. This level of customer service with no charges attached is not typical anywhere anymore and I will return with a paying job as well as recommend them strongly to anyone needing this level of help, which when you have a non-functioning device, is everyone! Thank you, Jackson and Santa Rosa Computers!

When I find my computer-skills exhausted, I unplug my pc and bring it to this company. Reasonably priced service, and many odds and ends of drives, connectors and components you might want. We have nothing but great things to report.

Santa Rosa Computers cleaned up my old laptop, got me an antivirus, downloaded the new software, my laptop is new again! Thank you for fixing our computer for $90. It works like NEW. Great deals on printers! I am coming back.
