The smoothest experience ever. From my initial contact over the phone to the staff who greeted me in-person. I decided to try Security Public Storage when I moved to Santa Rosa in July of 2014. I had been with Public Storage since 2008 and never felt really secure. I was an "unknown" and if I didn't pay on time the consequence was harsh. The prices are so competitive and affordable. Tracy and Terry work with you to help with your storage needs and to fit your budget!
I saw their advertisement and decided to stop by to see what the facility was all about. How can you not love a place that has a special pond for Rubber Duckies? lol
Tracy and Terry are well tuned into this property and their clients..
The other day I was moving things out and had hired some extra help, the fella was walking towards my storage unit and there was Terry wanting to know who he was and what he was doing there. I love the individual treatment, the kind and caring way they go about addressing each client and how much they truly enjoy doing what they do.
They make me feel like I can call any time and my issue will be addressed promptly and professionally. I don't fear losing my property if I have a problem.
You really can't find a better place or a better price for your storage needs.

Terry and Jessie are fantastic to work with! We needed a unit for a move/staging area and they made the process so easy and quick. The grounds are clean, units are clean, and there's peace of mind knowing that the facility is well managed by caring people!
