I'm in my 70's and in the past when I've gone into Sephora with my gray hair and wrinkles, I have experienced employees kindof ignoring me as I wander around the store. That changed last week when Jackie was at this store. She's super friendly and helpful. She listened to me and guided me to several different makeup that would meet my needs. She spent time to explain how various products would work and she recommended makeup for me.Jackie is a valued employee. I hope you realize that she is a great asset to the company. Thank you Jackie

This Sephora was great! They didn't have everything I was shopping for because the item was a limited edition, but the employees were very helpful in helping me find an alternative. The store was tidy and clean, and I would like to shop here again!

I can’t be thankful enough for my experience with Miss Katie and Miss Lisa. Katie was absolutely on point with my color palette and Lisa have suggested something out of my comfort zone that just made my eyes so captivating, purple liner on hazel eyes looks gorgeous. I will be back! I appreciate you ladies!

Had a great experience at Sephora inside Kohl's. The selection isn't as wide as what you'd find at a freestanding Sephora, but they had a wide array of products and I found the staff helpful. Nice and convenient, easy parking.

I called yesterday to ask about a product and they responded saying they didn't have it in store yet and then I call the next following day to ask about the same product and they tell me it was sold out yesterday. Make it make sense

Went in on3/11 at 2:55 pm Employee didn't even acknowledge me when I was waiting in line and then let someone cut in front of me as I was waiting. Also they don't accept returns from other sephoras.

Worst experience with Sephora at Kohl’s, had to wait at least 10 min to pay and when finally salesperson helped, she didn’t know how to use the credit card payment, asked me 3 times to put my PIN number (and I explained that some credit cards don’t have one) finally I was able to pay and she threw the receipt and left! I said thanks anyway as I’m very polite, but I’ll never would go back or recommend this place to any friend, better go to Macys, very nice and polite salesperson there!

This company stole from me and refused to give a refund for a gift card I purchased! CHARGEBACK IN PROCESS SEPHORA! YOU SHOULD BE ASHAMED! ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Today I was shopping at Kohls when I saw that the Sephora was finally open!!! It was very welcoming and I got greeted. I asked for an associate I believe her name was Karla to color match me and she did amazing and even got the perfect tone(it was woodsand from too faced) as I walked around another associate who told me her name was Vanessa greeted me and asked if we needed help. I was looking for skincare, She knew her skincare and even got me to purchase some product, as well as sign me up for rewards! Thank You sephora@Kohls, your associates are awesome!!!!!! Would come again
