Worst experience at a Sephora I've been to. I really needed to restock on blush and I don't live in the area but I felt so uncomfortable here I had an anxiety attack. No one greeted or helped me on the floor and I just got hit with attitude whenever I asked anything. On top of that I get weird stares of judgement from the employees. It sucks because I never have this experience at any locations in Irvine or San Jose if you get what I'm trying to say.

Every time I come here I'm always accompanied in many positive ways. I'm always greeted with the biggest smile and most welcoming manner. Multiple employees always make an effort to help me by going above and beyond to give me recommendations and offer me samples of skincare products to take home. No matter how long it takes, they are always willing to answer any questions I have or make suggestions about what brands are best for my concerns. The employees are always super friendly, attentive, offering me baskets and when I ask them a question about a product they always recommend me multiple brands giving me many options. I have also got facial treatments here a few times and they are always so gentle with my skin. I came in to the store early on Wednesday 3-13-24 and 2 associates, Drea and Gretchen, both helped me more than once for long periods of time and I'm so grateful for them! They were checking up on me, asking if I had any other questions and allowing me to test multiple different products. They were also super sweet and listened to every skin concern I mentioned. They are super helpful, patient and can just tell they give off good energy. They are also both very knowledgeable about all the products Sephora carries. Drea was able to give me her own experiences she has had with products so I could get a real review which I very much appreciate! Gretchen and Drea are very wise and I will most certainly be going back to them for advice on products! I love the positivity and generosity I always experience when I shop here. I have also been helped by many other amazing and friendly employees here during past visits. Sephora also has a very generous return policy and I will always continue to shop at this location! The worst Sephora I've ever been to. No one greets you. The staff have personal conversations right next to you as you're shopping and don't even acknowledge you. I asked for a sample and the staff person wrote what the sample was in a yellow marker. I didn't realize I couldn't read it until I got home. The shelves are empty. Just close the store.

If I could give no stars I would. Looking at the reviews there are so many negative reviews you would think corporate would come in and figure out what the hell is going on. I've gone in so many times to get a color match and every time I have the associate that helps never looks like they're happy too. They always rush me, and they always send me out with the wrong color match. It never fails. I stopped going in there for over two years thinking this time may be different because there's new associates but no again I spent a lot of money and again was sent home with the wrong stuff. I am done never to go back.

The workers were more interested in talking to each other and made me feel uncomfortable I just wanted to ask a few questions and maybe talk about a few products see if they were for me also do not touch anything this store is disgusting. I only took one photo because I was so uncomfortable being in the store. I’d rather go to target at least someone will be happy to help me out.

Went in with my mom for an exchange. She wanted a different foundation. The lady at the door was not helpful. We asked if she could help us find a different one, but it seemed that she was not interested in helping, so we just decided to return the item.

Took the time to review this Sephora because their floor staff were especially rude today. I needed help finding an Estee Lauder foundation and went to find someone on the floor. When I found an associate (didn't catch her name), she looked at me as if I was bothering her and gave me a very short and curt answer ("No, we don't carry that." followed by a semi-eye roll). I don't know if she had stuff she was doing but it came across as rude. I wouldn't have cared so much if it was a one-off interaction, but the cashier who rang us up was also curt and in a rush despite there not being anyone in line behind me. In short, both girls seemed impatient and like they had better things to do than to help a customer. I was not a fan of feeling like I'm bothering employees whose job is to (hopefully) help customers find what they need... I'd advise some customer satisfaction training for all employees if Sephora wants to maintain their typical client-oriented values.

Place is trash now. Everythings gone. Shelves all empty, dirty, dusty, no one greets u when you walk in, no one helps you, i saw 6 employees walking around while i waited for nothing, they played on phone, fixed their makeup...place looks like its going to shut down soon and the lazy employees that dont know how to order, restock or be friendly is the reason why!

I had an AWESOME experience with JEN last night (11/2) at the Santa Rosa Mall Sephora!!! I had a list and we got through it quickly, they did not carry everything I had listed but thank goodness I had JEN to help me, she got me similar/better products and ALL cruel free and some even VEGAN!! As I was checking out, the MOD suggested I get a sephora credit card and I got $50 of my order!!!! I could not wait to wake up and play with all of my new stuff, from moisturizers to eye pencils to JVN samples, all thanks to JEN!! I will definitely go back!!

The staff on-site are not adequately trained on informing shoppers on the difference between the Beauty Insider program and the Sephora Credit Card program. I was told that I was applying for the membership program but was then directed to I put my social security number and my income levels into the Point of Sale system. When I flagged this to the staff, I was not informed of the difference in programs.It was not until I called a friend who works at Sephora corporate that I realized I had been up sold by associates into a credit card and NOT the Beauty Insider program that I returned to the store to request my application be cancelled, as I was not informed I was applying for a credit card. It was only at that point I received the (required by law) data sheet for the Sephora Visa Credit Card.I would strongly recommend better training for associates at this site regarding credit card policies and consumer opt-ins for preventing future investigations. Specifically, staff need to be trained to give consumers the printed data sheets for Sephora membership and loyalty programs before or at opt-in, not when returning to the store to request their applications be canceled to prevent hard pulls on their credit records.

Went in to see if they could help with a new foundation. Sadly to say I don't have one. No one would help all the employees were too talking to each other to help. I was not greeted when coming in or thanked when I walked out 20 minutes later.
