Usually this LOOP chain are very courteous and respectful....BUT , here on Corby Ave and Hearn streets the short guy with neat hair, has not learned the meaning of customer service. He is very rude and when asked about products that are on the shelf that are out of date and have been discontinued he has no answer and deferres you to call the company. That aside, he has short changed me and only when I caught it ,he didn't offer an apology he just gave me the correct change and went on to the next customer. The next customer and I looked at each other in disbelief!!! This guy needs to be retrained or let go.

The restroom, even though you needed a key, was terrible. You have to buy something to use it, last they could do is not make it terrible.

Pumps are always down. Have to pay inside. Don't worry about washing your window. They don't have clean water with soap.

Look I'm going to tell you right now if you're looking to go to a Shell station and you need to get some fuel and you might even need to get other things that are things that you know quite frankly art sold at the Shell station then you know I like to be honest with you I suggest you say hey there good buddy let's go to shower and get some fuel maybe I might even get a yerba mate
