“Busy gas station on hwy 12 at least when I went to it. It was being repaved, and that accounted for the grid lock. It is a clean plaza, I only used the gas station, which was in a convenient location on hwy 12.”
“Their store is well organized and clean. They offer a wide variety of household and grocery items and deals. The customer service was great! My mom and I were having trouble finding stuff to make s'mores and without even asking, an employee came up to us offered to help us look for the items we needed and stayed with us until we did. He was very kind and so we're the people at the register.”
“oh my God Montgomery Village has completely improved. Their stores available to shop in. I love there’s an anthropology there a paper source free people and a really cool locally made store with so many neat things in it. I had always felt like Montgomery Village was an OK shopping area but now they’ve really brought it up to a new level and I love love love the ice cream place such good flavors.”
“Has a good group of stores and usually plenty of parking, whether Starbucks, AAA the several restaurants. Mexican, Sandwich shop and Chinese. There's a Rite-Aid. The farmers market is there Wed and Sat. Remember parking on Saturday is tight while the market is on. Really should install a few electric chargers for cars.”
“Really great little shopping center. I've been a frequent visitor here since the days of Bradley Video, Apple's Way and The Wild Hare. Wally's is practically a west Santa Rosa institution. Mary's is great, the Asian Market is really cool and Royal China is the best Chinese food in Sonoma County.”
“We went to Louis' Restaurant in the Big Oak Shopping Center. The food is good here, and the waitstaff is excellent. The shopping center itself could use a face-lift, but otherwise, it is okay.”
“Love this store. In the mall almost 50 years, amazing! I love the incense, especially the Indian Temple scent. So many things to look at in the store, give yourself some time to truly browse. Tea sets, sake sets, and that's just the start.”

“The landlord keeps losing tenants because they're not maintaining things properly, like plumbing and doors. It's a great spot, and good businesses, the landlord needs to get their shit together”
“I personally want to thank the owner and staff that took care of my wife's ring. After receiving the ring back to repair a missing accent stone, I noticed that the new accent stone was slightly off in the color. Immediately turned around and brought it back in to have it inspected. The owner agreed with me on and said to give them a week or two to get a new accent stone. When I came back to pick it up again, they were able to get it done properly.
Long story short, I'd bring my jewelry back to this place. Rarely nowadays a business will acknowledge their mistake and will turn around and make things right. This is one of those businesses.
Thank you Cottingtown Jewelers!”
“I like going to the Mendocino marketplace because I can get a haircut get a hamburger go to Safeway so I can do all my stuff in one place without going all over town and it's pretty reasonable price. I can go grocery shopping get a haircut and go grocery shopping. Perfect place reasonable prices. Great clips $25 for basic haircut not bad and they do really good job.”
“Only really go here when I need to return something at wholefoods. Parking is pretty easy at the right times, on the west side of the Shopping center. Various ways to enter and exit.
The area can suffer from congestion from the 101 southbound traffic during evening rush hour, you might want to approach from side roads if that's your case”
“Santa Rosa Plaza is a nice little shopping mall in downtown Santa Rosa. The place is a little past its prime and is in need of a refresh. Still, it's nice to have in the area, though. The Sephora within was a life saver.”
“It is a grievous understatement to say that there is a lot of fantastic stuff to be found here. The Ohana Hawaiian Barbecue is fantastic. Please try it! Crumbl Cookie is quite an experience. BevMo, well, that should go without saying, but heck, I'll say it anyway. All your adult beverage needs at reasonable prices. Especially if you join their rewards program. I can not recommend the Applebee's because I used to work there, and it is absolutely filthy.”
