Tried returning my alternator core for my ford ranger. The sales associate told me that the box for the alternator they sold me was for an F150. So they sold me the incorrect alternator. Then I was told I lost my core because it was outside the 90 day window. The sales representative never mentioned this policy at the point of sale. He pulled out a blank receipt and said it’s printed down here somewhere. The print at the bottom of the receipt was microscopically small and difficult to read. I won’t be shopping here unless they are the only place on earth that has the part I need.

Went in for a plastic fastener. Asked for advice on what i needed. Three guys behind the counter and all I got was “might find something over there” and a wave uh a general direction. So I went to one of their competitors and got help.

I have to say IF you can get what you need they carry quality parts. But don't expect quality customer service if they don't like your motor. I've bought parts here for my 67 camaro NO PROBLEM! But I go in asking for parts for my original in-line 6 on my 1965 Mustang and forget it!!! First off the young guy helping me (and I'm in my 30s) didn't know what he was doing, kept asking the other guys for help- i appreciate that he did. He helped find the part number I needed, but didn't have it in stock. When I asked him if I could order he said that he'd have to look, found the part in Portland, attempted to call but no answer. So I asked how can I get the part then?- he said they could do a store transfer but had no idea what the freight charge would be and when asked another associate said "it's whatever they want to charge, no standard rates"- Really? Couldn't even tell me a ballpark? So the $45 part could be $100 and take a week to get? I get the freight charge, but the salesperson's attitude was not helpful, acted like he didn't want to help from the second he heard straight 6 motor. I was able to find the part online given the part number (so thanks for that), with free 2 day shipping. But I will definitely be avoiding any future business here.

Just got cut off by one of their delivery trucks.Had to lock up my brakes at normal city speeds due to aggressive driving by Smothers driver.So far company has been non responsive to my concerns.Shop here if you want to put your neighbors at risk!

This is the BEST place in town to buy anything for your car. Being a female I seem to have been short changed on car knowledge so I look to any auto supply store to assist me when my car needs "stuff". These guys are sooo helpful without being condescending...something I really appreciate. Highly recommend this place!

Got told my exchange would be there Monday ordered on sat so I waited for 2 days then when I called Monday because I hadn't heard from them yet nobody knows what's going on I'm out on hold for 20 min and it's Monday at 4:25 and I'm told maybe tomorrow I set up today so I would have time to deal with this now I will have to do the same tomorrow
