I ordered Sonic in April 2023 and was told the service would be available "next month". then each and every month I was told the service would be available "next month". Service (and probably honesty" is not one of their strong points.

Humberto Romero did a great job hooking us up to Sonic. He was thoughtful, courteous, informative, and efficient. It was a pleasure working with him. I am delighted with his customer service.

Rocky Aguilar is a super nice guy and is a willing to get the job done no matter what. (This guy means business) I like that. Found the problem really quick and did the install pretty fast, didn't do nothing weird or nothing sketchy unlike the previous guy before. Overall, I am super happy with the service today, probably THE best one yet. A1 service, If you're having problems definitely have this guy around! Sonic you got a good one on your hands! Definitely keep this guy around.

Had Sonic service installed today. Rodrgo Murillo was very professional and knowledgeable. He reassured everything is working before leaving and explained me the process and other details thoroughly. I hope that Sonic provides faster speed as they claim. Thank you

TJ & Derrick Was not on time. TEHY WERE EARLY! ATT and Spectrum have a lot to learn about customer service and support. Both TJ and Derrick were courteous and professional and the installation was neat and quick. I will recommend Sonic as often as I can.

Excited that our bill will decrease significantly and still get excellent speeds (speed test over 900 Mbps both down and up). We were very excited about the opportunity to upgrade from Sonic (AT&T rented fiber) to the new Sonic-owned fiber. Our installer Rocky was great, super friendly and helped us sort through a complicated wiring situation in our old victorian. Also kudos to Daniel in Billing for explaining everything to me on the phone (I wanted to double check how and when our bill would change, how AT&T gets turned off, what to do with the old equipment, what's the deal with the rental etc.). He was also patient, friendly and overall a great guy. Hands down we will always use sonic because of exceptional customer service all across the board. I know I can always get someone knowledgeable and helpful on the phone. Grateful to the team and I love that it's a local company.

Fast internet. First time ever having issues in 7 years. Call center was quick to respond, no long wait. Esteban showed up within a few hours. Within minutes he fixed the issue. Now internet is back and running

Our WiFi went down from PG&E's incompetence (what else is new) and Sonic blessed us by sending Kelvin to fix our WiFi. I know it was a good sign when he walked into our apartment, and our two-year-old cat, Miso, bunted him immediately. He was able to fix the issue quickly and now I don't have to continue to spend an arm and a leg on an overpriced San Francisco latte at a coffee shop to get Wi-Fi. Thank you Kelvin Alvarez for saving the day!!!! Get this man a PS5!!! And go niners!

We've always been very happy with Sonic's service and people. The service has been excellent. Instead of being profit-driven we've always felt that they had our best interests at heart. There aren't very many companies like that. We've helped other family members sign up for Sonic and they've all been very happy with their service also. They are someone that you can call on and get good help whenever you have a problem.
