I paid a visit to the LaZboy Gallery in Santa Rosa on Tuesday the 7th of November. I was interested in replacing a couple of pieces of old furniture with something new & more comfortable. I was in the store for about 5 minutes when I was approached by Patty Stratton, one of the stores Home Furnishings Consultants. Now I am not one to put up with pushy sales people, I was only in to get some ideas on style and colors. Patty just wanted to know if I knew what I was looking for and maybe she could point me in the right direction, then she was off to another task. After cruising the entire store with my wants & desires in my basket, Patty came back almost precisely when I needed some questions answered. I found her to be extremely insightful, charming & very helpful. She had answered all of my questions and concerns, never once pressuring me to purchase now. I was so taken with her professionalism and intelligence that I decided to make a purchase of almost $2,000. I felt that Patty was very well tuned into what I wanted and needed and was there only when I was ready. I would recommend to anyone who might be interested in looking at high quality furniture with a consummate professional, you should visit LaZboy & ask for Patty Stratton! I would also like to recommend to her employer that she certainly deserves a boost in salary, as she is certainly the type of professional you want to keep on staff!

If you want to sell your home for more than asking you will find Staged Right to be the staging service you'll want. My partner sold her Novato townhouse in six days for over asking and we could not have done it without the help of Staged Right. Martine worked closely within our budget, used quality furniture and furnishings that were color coordinated with our walls and accent pieces throughout the entire house. She produced an absolute winner. We had prospective buyers coming back the next day taking measurements. It turned into a bidding war. Bravo Martine! Thank you so much Martine!

I went into the staging process with some hesitation, based on a less-than-desirable experience with another stager, in another area. In retrospect, I wish I had just let Martine and her crew just do their thing! I gave them many unnecessary directions! The staging that the Staged RIght team put in place at our home exceeded my expectations. Our home looked better than any time we had lived there. We sold very quickly, thanks in part, to Staged RIght. The process for staging, and removing the staged furniture was smooth, and done very professionally. I would not hesitate to recommend or use Staged RIght again.

I can't say enough nice things about Martine and her Staged Right Crew. I own a cleaning company in Santa Rosa that caters to the Real Estate community and have been asked numerous times if I have a home staging company I can refer them to. I always get rave reviews back from those Realtors and their clients who use her company. Her furniture, artwork and service are second to none.

Our agent referred my parents to Staged Right. She said they were the best stagers in the Oakmont area for budget conscious sellers. Staged Right was very easy to work with, responded promptly and staged our home very beautifully to the Oakmont retirement community market. We received many compliments from our neighbors and our property sold within the first month for more than the asking price. We would defiantly use Staged Right again and refer them to our friends and family.
