I used this storage to store all my belongings from my apartment for 1 year. The owners are really friendly and helped me choose an appropriate size when I was in between two different ones. Loved the security of the site and how clean the units were. I had my clothes in storage bins, but all my kitchenware in boxes and everything was intact when I moved into my new apartment 1 year later. I had a unit that was inside a corridor with a few other units and my storage was always super clean. Would definitely recommend Storage Master Self Storage!

Very clean, secure facility. All doors have alarms. Fire suppression in every unit. All steel and brick construction. The couple that manages it has been there 23 yrs. Rental was streamlined without forcing insurance at me. Great unit, great price, Best part it doesn't have that cold corporate atmosphere. Friendly, professional, with complementary jokes.

I am a return customer as a result of my prior experience. The operators are a husband/wife team and they are professional in appearance, cleanliness and ethics. Prices are competitive. What more could I ask? I will also add that I used to work in a local storage facility, so I know what to look for.

Worse place to rent from today I showed up about 5:20 early enough time to get inn but the power was out so I call customer service and there was nothing they could do they asked me to ask the women on the property for help after I tried to explain to her I need my tools for work tomorrow morning and it would be nice if she could open the walk in gate so I can just go get my tools she told me no and that she doesn't care and its not her problem and today is her off day I said it takes 5 seconds to open the walk inn gate and you would be helping a customer not lose there job she said no and they said I was yelling at her I was nice and respectful to her and this was the second time having a issue with her I have called customer service and requested a refund I want all my money back and want nothing to do with this place as it may have cost me my job the customer service over the phone told me they were very sorry and they don't understand why she would not help me I would not recommend using this place at all right now there are people stuck inside as we speak this completely ruined my day and possibly my job.

By far the cleanest self storage I've ever stored at. Very nice owners & maintenance man. No deposit makes it super easy to get started. Only downfall is that the gates lock for the night at 7pm. Otherwise 5+ stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

AFTER RENTING BRAND X STORAGE UNITS I COULD NOT BELEIVE HOW STORAGE MASTER OPPERATES IT'S UNITS . I WAS GREETED AT THE FRONT DOOR BY PATTY THE MANAGER RIGHT OFF I KNEW THIS WAS THE PLACE. SHE SHOWED THREE UNITS THAT WHERE EXTRA CLEAN AND HAVE INDAVIGAL ALARMS ON THE ROLL UP DOORS . I PICKED ONE AND WENT INTO THE OFFICE DID THE PAPER WORK . SUPER PLACE SUPER PEOPLE AND IT'S HOME OWNED JERRY DAY
