The staff is rude and inconsiderate. My boss lost her diamond earrings and asked if the staff sould review the camera to see if she left on counter or it possibly fell. The guy and girl in there where not helpful and rude. It was a Christmas gift and of course ahe already upset. T mobile Santa Rosa Ave. does not have emphathy for there customers and rude employees. I would give a zero if we could. They could have explained or even tried knowing how upset she was..

I have shared my phone plan with my Dad for close to 20 years at this point. I know nothing about what you're getting with cell phone plans these days - seriously. He sends me a Venmo invoice to pay at the end of every month and it's been going like that for ages. Before that, it was checks in the mail. At any rate, they dealt with my dated questions and talked to my Dad. There were a lot of details to hash out, and we all figured it out. I traded my phone for a whopping $350 in exchange for a credit against the Samsung S23. What was I going to do - sell it on eBay with a $350 reserve price!?! Not a chance in hell anyone would buy that for TMobiles offer. Over-all I walked out there getting exactly what I needed without any fuss. Team was nice. District manager treated his employees well; he just happened to swing by with some tasty treats for the store. This is why my Dad and I have stuck with TMbile for close to 20 years.

Don't ever go to T-Mobile. I bought a Sim card back in June to go out of the country. I paid for the end of June and all of July and beginning of August wanted to end my Sim card. I ended it beginning of August and then I got a bill in the mail end of August for over 100. I had already paid $35 activation fee and $90 for the month of July and I still want another hundred dollars even though I didn't use the bill all month long. I was told it ended on August 3 and I'm still being charge for the rest of the month and they refused to help me. I called several times a week and I've been to even a Petaluma location to try to get help. They will scam you and tell you things that are not true and make you pay for bills that you are unaware of. There is never a manager in store. Erik who works there will sell you things and lie to you and then charge you money for bills that you already ended. These people talk to you extremely rude over the phone and do not let you cancel your bills and lie to you about the time duration and charges that are made. Every worker there tells me something different, and they refused to search into my case. I've never heard from a manager. The manager refuses to call me and will not assist me in disputing this charge that I did not agree to!

Everytime I've walked into this t-mobile there's no customers and like 2 or 3 employees, their customer service is horrible. They don't know how to do anything other than saying you need to have an expert look at it or go to best buy.

Customer service could be better, not that much helpful at all and a little bit rude. They’re always sitting down on their phones, not sure if it’s part of working or not, it was empty when I came here

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY EVER! Worst company I have ever used. Bunch of empty promises and all they care about is stealing money from there customers. For the first few months of service they tried upping our bill by a couple hundred dollars. Called in to complain. Sorry for the inconvenience and they correct the bill. Second month bill is $1200s. We only have 3 lines. Turns out they canceled one of our phones and this was the reasoning it was so high. They corrected the bill again. Finally we get the bill to $260 we were told in the store when purchasing the phones our bill would be $190. Nope lies again. Oh we were also told buy one phone and get one free. Nope lie again. Then here we are 18 months plus later wondering why we are still paying for phones that we have paid off. No apparently they still want about $800s to buy the phones because apparently we are on a lease. We were never explained that this was a lease we were told that we would be done paying for the phones after 18 months. We will be switching providers!

Jonathan, an associate there was very helpful answer the phone professionally and was able to help me before closing time. Had no problem switching my carrier and keeping my current phone number. Thank you Jonathan for you excellent service much appreciated.

I originally had sprint, and I thought I did mot want to go with T-Mobile, but I was wrong and in less than a week I came back (see my review about Verizon). I wasn't sure I'd be able to get my same plan which was pretty good, but I got one that was even better. I am very happy I decided to come back and my service was great. :) Jody
