Well i have to say that the order online, drive to store and they load your trunk provided by target @ coddington in Santa Rosa is My new best friend. That was the smoothest process I have ever had. Talk about an awesome system! WOW! The young folks were polite and the sense of urgency that they displayed was on point! Chefs kiss! Great team work I'll be back Thank You

I have called this location over ten times and selected every available department and NOBODY picks up. Absolutely disgraceful.

This was my first visit to Target Coddingtown. Was super impressed with the neatness, variety of products available. It seems they have everything of each type and within that too, all products may have a great selection to choose from. When I compare with some of the other larger chains, Target seems slightly pricey (when buying without discounts), however for its neatness and quality, it's a hands down preferable place to be at. Fresh fruits and vegetables section was super neat and very enticing. Things across the store are neatly stacked up and easy to find. Must visit for your next tour of retail therapy. You won't be disappointed:)

Hours updated one week ago. 3 days til Christmas. Corporate changes their hours just for the week of Christmas. Check out my video it shows them turning off the lights just as I'm starting to film the front entrance. And it's 11:16pm. I know no one wants to be here working til 11:59pm but it is your job and all. All employees are getting paid double time because of the extended hours and holiday. Not the least bit frustrating....nope. thanks target employees for doing your job..... NOT. calling corporate next.

You place an order online it will include a $1 charge bag fee. That is 10 cents mandatory charge per bag and assumes your order may require up to 10 bags equaling $1. When you pick up your order you have the right to decline bags. But they will charge you for at least one bag even if you want zero and they give you zero. You all are missing the point of the bag fee to DISCOURAGE the use of plastic bags. We have too much plastic garbage. Target is too obsessed with collecting their bag fee and cares not one wit about the environment. The attached photo is for the purchase of a food item which has no tax, but it shows a $1.00 tax added which is their anticipated bag fee. If you are environmentally conscious you should not shop here. They love giving out their plastic bags.

The curbside pick up is very nice. The employees are so polite and keep us informed if there will be a wait. Kudos to them.

This store is usually clean and organized which makes shopping a pleasant experience, and the baristas at the Starbucks are really nice. However, there are a few issues I've repeatedly encountered while shopping at this location that make shopping here a headache at times. 1. The order pick-up/drive-up needs a serious overhaul. More times than not, items are either missing, expired, or broken. I've noticed the missing items are always the cold/frozen items, so there is something about the process that's inefficient. 2. Instocks: the shelves are empty. This has been an issue long before the pandemic and supply chain shortage.

Target is like a warm slice of apple pie. Pure American nostalgia. At least from one the company was started. I can routinely go to Target for a few things and walk out two hours later. It's like a casino, you can't feel time going by so you end up buying all the things. This particular location is in a nicer community than Target South. It is a part of the endangered mall species, Coddingtown but it is a huge Anchor store and one can visit the atore without ever going inside the mall. I give them 5 stars because I don't think I've ever left a Target without what I came for, plus a handful of other goodies.

The store is fine but poor customer service. Most recently, I went to pick up an online order. It was busy in the whole store. When I got to the register they would not ring me up for two handsoaps because there was a line. I had to wait another ten minutes in another line.

This isn't a rating for target, but for the product they sell. I bought wranglers boot cut jeans about 2.5 months ago. Wrangler are crappy like all other jeans that incorporate elastic into the material. I was lead to believe that wranglers only use cotton. What the hell is wrong with this companies that make jeans that only last max 6 months. I remember when I was a kid and I grow out of them and they WERE STILL GOOD. Now the crap all Jean companies sell is garage. No wonder the hole in jeans are coming back into style. It hides the fact that jeans are almost made with less durability then card board.

Went to the target in Coddingtown maybe two weeks ago looking for a USB-C micro usb wire and the young lady was sitting there on her phone and I asked her if she could help me and she told me that she was on her break I was confused as to why are you not in the break room or somewhere outside she's on the floor with working people on her phone just casually lounging around and to boot the item was just one aisle over , she knew where it was and didn't even point me in that direction... after that (same visit) I was profiled I noticed it and said something to him. He continued on with his poor act of being a shopper. So with the bare shelves I asked him if I can help him find something. They do not know how to treat paying customers anymore. Customer service has gone down the commode with a chunk that broke off trying hard not to be the last piece of d@@kie that will show the public how horrible that store really is. Lastly has anyone ever placed a food order to get the wrong order handed to you, and you inform the employee that this is wrong I asked for no onions... only to be floored with a reply of "no you didn't" wha wha WHAT!!! So now I do not care if they are having a bad day or whatever if they come at me rude I accept the challenge and get it on after I get a manager. Enough is enough and we as consumers have allowed this monster to infect what is and should be a chill experience. Not a stressor that's added to the real ish we face daily .

Purchased two pairs of subscription progressive eyeglasses for almost $700 at Target's Optical shop last year. The lenses they used are really thick and I've never been able to see out of them. Everything was out of focus. Never had that problem before getting them made at other optical stores. Target Optical employees gave me the runaround for a year, always saying they can adjust them and they would make it right. They never did. Now they say it's too late to take them back and give me any refund. This is the worst customer service ever. They never ever suggested I should return them when I could have returned them. They obviously didn't want to take them back. Now their suggestion is to spend more money on bifocal lenses with a line through them, yes, really, that's what they suggested. Are you kidding? Thought those types of lenses had disappeared years ago. They also suggested making glasses that allow me to see only distance, nothing close up. How am I supposed to do anything if I can only see distance? Don't get your glasses at Target. They are a joke. Disgraceful!!

I shop here often. The employees are nice and the prices are reasonable. My main problem is that oftentimes, basic items are not stocked, or very partially stocked. I mean basic food items like eggs. And this problem goes way back before the current "supply chain" issues challenging all stores. For years I shopped at the Target in Santa Rosa Ave. and that store never had the problem if insufficiently stocked shelves.
