As a physically remote shareholder, board member and CFO of Loring Smart Roast, I have worked closely with TeamLogic IT personally, while observing their services to LSR staff onsite for many years.
I have never encountered TeamLogic IT's personal attention, nor company-wide assitance to be anything less than expectedly competent, always professional and timely in all regards.
As such, I highly recommend TeamLogic IT to any company looking for a very strong and reliable outsourced supplier of excellent information technology services.

Many thanks to Luis of TeamLogic IT! He promptly responded to my request for assistance. He then very tenaciously worked to get the information I needed even when met with non-responsiveness on the part of another company. He provided timely updates on his progress and was very friendly and professional throughout the process! Much appreciated!.

i recently was assisted by Aidan at Team Logic. And in all honesty i put off calling because i didn't want to wait on the phone while someone tried to figure out my problem. But actually he figured out my problem and fixed it literally by the time i finished explaining it!!! He remoted on to my computer fixing it and asking me if there was anything else he could do!! it was fantastic!!! thank you! i will never put off calling again!! :)

I agree with one of the previous posters. Always on time with the invoices. Serious mixed bag when it comes to actual support. Some days they are quick; other days the response is several days out... closing tickets on my end users if they (we) aren't available when they (Team Logic) calls us back. We have had have 2 major incidents caused by Team Logic. The latest one they didn't even use their RMM tool Ninja One to remediate. They seem to have a few good reps; others will add AD users individually to root folder access rather than take the time to look at appropriate OU's and security groups. We actually found they had given their own techs domain; enterprise and schema level administrative access; then had techs leave without disabling those accounts. Now Team Logic IT is a franchise and perhaps you'll have better experience that I had.
