I went in this morning to trade clubs in and buy a new one…I was being helped with the trade in process, when what I think was his manage removing sticker residue from a pink spiderx putter was trying to argue with him and ask if he even knows how to trade in clubs. He was trying to ignore and help me but this dude had some hierarchy ego ignorance in his face. This manager is a child and has control issues. I didn’t buy the club haha. ?♂️ I’ll go somewhere else and spend money

I needed the clubs shortened with new grips. Even though it was Sunday, the Manager accommodated my request and did a great job. Exceptional service! Much appreciated!

Generally the staff have a don't bother me with questions attitude.too busy talking with each other. In particular some guy named Eric has no business being in customer service. Disrespectful at worst...inattentive at best. Golf Mart should fire him for the good of their company. I've bought my BIL a set of clubs and a few needed clubs for myself. Last time I set foot in there was the last time.

The Golf Mart is a fun place to shop and get some knowledge of the game. They have three bays where you can test out clubs and get some great suggestions.

Please see update below: I was fortunate enough to receive an unexpected influx of cash so I decided it would be time to upgrade the golf bag. I brought in two Ping drivers to get new grips and swap the shafts out and was told they would be ready the coming Monday; I was in the store the previous Friday morning. The clubs sat untouched, and would not be ready until the earliest three days from now. No one thought it imperative to let the customer know that the promise of repairs being done would not be getting done and the staff answering the phone was nonchalant and dismissive. My current driver is a G410 plus. I replaced the fairway woods and hybrid to accompany a new set of irons I had ordered. I did not buy my irons from here only because I had a 30% veteran discount from the manufacturer. I did however purchase two new fairway woods and new hybrid. Sticking to a brand that be played for a while now and ended up spending nearly $900 on those three clubs, a dozen balls and a couple head covers. I looked at what my driver would cost if I were to buy it used from let's say Golfmart among other retailers and the prices I found ranged from at low end $220 for one in poor condition upwards to $400 for something more pristine. I would never expect to get that much for mine in trade however the offer was ridiculously low and taking into consideration the failure to make the repairs and at the bare minimum informing me about the fact they wouldn't be done for at least two more days I think my money is better spent elsewhere than this particular store. Update: I was just called by the regional manager. I was not asking for anything and what was offered was beyond professional and what I preferred to accept was a simply an apology for the lack of customer service skills displayed by the youth that were working the store yesterday. Dismissive and nonchalant are not a good look when the customer base typically have expendable income (not my case I have three kids ) however that call from a personal cell meant the world to me. Ever since moving to the area earlier this year I have made the Santa Rosa Golf Mart my go-to for golf stuff. I have bought multiple clubs, new and used, and had re-shafts done, all with exceptional service. It's amazing to have the 90-day guarantee but I haven't used it because I have always been guided towards the right clubs with no pressure. Today I did an iron fitting with Eric and it was a great experience, he got me set up with the perfect clubs and customizations, and helped my swing along the way. The whole staff is great, thanks always!

Great customer service from Eric and Tanner. We were getting new clubs for my partner's birthday and they didn't have exactly what we wanted but Eric tracked it down and is having it delivered in time for birthday tee time! We had a blast shopping for all kinds of fun stuff and Tanner was wonderful checking us out. Amazon has nothing on real live human interaction, shop local, golf local

We went to Golf Mart for some shoes for my husband. He was not sure what he wanted. But we were lucky enough to get Dennis as our salesman. He talked to my husband at great lengths to find out what he was looking for in his shoes for best performance. He really took the time to listen to what he had to say and what the expectations were going to be for his shoes. The staff at golf Mart know their stuff and would help you in any given time. We ended up buying almost a $200 pair of shoes which he's already used and is very pleased with them. Great service! We will definitely go back.
