Jake and his team worked tirelessly despite the challenges that come with doing business during the COVID-19 pandemic. My buyer clients started at a much lower price point, and Jake was not only able to secure a larger loan/more purchasing power, but he did so without blowing their budget out of the water. I can't not say thank you enough to this amazing person who made my home loan dreams come true. He worked tirelessly for my family and I. Was always available and knowledgeable through out the whole process. This can be a scary and overwhelming time for someone who doesn't fully understand this type of thing. I had a WOW experience. I approached Jake casually after Fed's July announcement of interest rate cut, about possibly refinancing a 30 fixed rate house loan (about 24 years left on the loan) to a 15 year loan. Jake guided me through every estimate, calculation, investigated various scenarios to see what works best financially and the best of it all was he was super duper patient with my barrage of questions. We signed yesterday! We couldn't be more fortunate to work with Jake! Thank you Jake!

Jake and Rochelle worked really hard on my behalf to solve problems in order to secure a mortgage that met my needs. Jake, I just want to personally thank you from the bottom of our hearts for all that you did to get us in our new home!!! As a self employed and having a full time job , we were totally overwhelmed with the whole process our first home refinance and second home purchase but because of your can do positive attitude you always seemed to calm us down. What can I say...if I could give a rating higher than 5 stars I would. Jake walked us through buying our very first home from beginning to the very end; reassuring, calming & reminding us that this should be a FUN and exciting process. We were so scared, going into the biggest purchase of our lives, so having Jake there to ease our nerves was such an unexpected surprise that I am so grateful for. We decided to get preapproved just to see what our possibilities could be. Less than 3 months later, we closed escrow on the house of our dreams. I'm still in disbelief and could not imagine having gone with anyone else in this process. Jake showed up to our final signing (which was 2 hours away from where he lives, by the way) with a gift basket and a big comforting smile. He sat through the endless signatures, ensuring we knew what we were signing and to not be overwhelmed. I can not recommend jake enough, he is amazing at what he does and we are beyond grateful for him and his team. Thank you Jake, from the bottom of our hearts!! (Next up, taking him out to dinner to spoil him and his wife!)
