Buying the trailer from the Petaluma Trailers Plus was simple, and the staff was friendly and not pushy. I ended up with the Loadrunner, which had some better quality features than other trailers I’ve used, and the price was very reasonable. I found the trailer on their website, filed the 1$ temporary charge to reserve it which also allowed me to view the full out the door invoice. There weren’t any surprises there, so I made an appointment for the next day to look at it and drove it home that afternoon. I’ve only had it for a couple days, but am very happy so far.

Initially, it was difficult getting hold of the location via phone, but I verify that there would be someone there when I arrived and also the trailer that I was looking for was in stock. When I arrived, they showed me the difference between all the trailers. I selected my trailer. The checkout process was pretty quick and efficient. Once they hooked up my trailer to my truck, the two gentlemen who went over all the safety details and all the trailer details were very thorough. Overall, five stars great experience.

One of the best customer service experiences i have had. Start to finish the process was smooth, professional, and efficient. All staff treated us well and explained everything thoroughly. Highly recommend them and their products. Very impressed!

Got a great deal. Staff is down to earth and relatable with professionalism. Had an issue with payment do to our bank screw up, and they worked with us to figure out another way, while staying after hours to get everything signed and finished up so that we didn't have to unhitch and come back the next day. We are very happy with our new trailer. 24' enclosed car carrier of the model that we wanted. Thanks!

While shopping for a small cargo trailer in Sonoma county for a catering/pop-up business, I stopped by TrailersPlus in Petaluma.
Their Interstate brand stood out as a clear winner in quality and value.
Manager Chris, walked me through the product line and features, and while they didn't have exactly what I wanted in-stock (5x8 w/ swing open rear door), they were able to get exactly what I wanted in about 3 weeks.
Fast forward to the pick-up date...customer service from Chris and the entire team was superb. Courteous, patient, and above all thorough...expect to spend 30-60 minutes with the team to go through a multi-point checkout of the trailer and tow vehicle.
Regarding the 1-star ratings here...that absolutely wasn't the team I had the pleasure of working with...so check them out if you're in the market for a cargo or utility trailer

I went in last minute looking for a smaller trailer. Kyle was an immediate help and was straightforward about what each trailer could offer. I had difficulty with a few things being out of my home state but they worked with me and made the whole thing far less difficult than it could have been.
I'd recommend them as a great place to get a quality trailer.
