A little gem in my neighborhood. Fairly well stocked & helpful, friendly staff. They are a bit more expensive compared to the Big Box stores, but the convenience makes up for it. I save gas while supporting my local retailer. Win Win!

First time to this True Value Hardware and found out they've been in this location for ten years. Beautiful store and great customer service! If you haven't been here to this store it is a hidden gem on Sebastopol Road here in Santa Rosa. I googled it and was very happy I was directed to this store. As I said before their customer service is excellent! Will definitely be back!

Awesome store, not busy, very helpful staff. Unfortunately I couldn't stay long to shop because they don't offer their customers bathrooms. Would've loved to have stayed and spent more money but had to leave to find a bathroom somewhere else

Found the True Value in Santa Rosa easily. They didn’t have what i needed but the manager was kind enough to tell me right away so i could find it elsewhere. Very attentive and considerate.

Part of the old Wonder Bread store, so for the size of the store they have a good inventory, alot of name brand items .
