friends, you better trust your pharmacy and, it's staff! tuttles has been my choice for pharmaceutical care ever since 2009, when i met my then future wife who was already a client of theirs. robert and his staff are some of the most professional, ethical - concscientious people i have ever had the pleasue of, really, them working for me. from home deliveries, sometimes twice the same day and periodically, even a phone call from robert on a sunday. without exception, for those of us who depend on medication for our very life, tuttles has shown extraordinary care in carrying out their own intent and purpose in their approach to serve their fellow neighbors of humanity. they carry the highest of standards of professional acumen, again...i say professional!!! as i am a yelp contributor, this review is for one of the best! randall stevens, bennett valley- santa rosa, ca.

Robert is a third generation pharmacist and a pillar of our community. We have all witnessed Robert's kindness when an older person couldn't afford their medications and he covered it for them. For over thirty years he and his staff have been improving and protecting my family's health - to have knowledgeable and caring staff to answer my questions any time or who call me with important prescription concerns (like when my husband was mistakenly prescribed penicillin last week but he has a severe allergy to it), and a compassionate home delivery team who I have very much needed with chronic migraines. Tuttles makes Santa Rosa a better place to live because they are here. And lest we forget, in the 2017, 2019, and 2020 fires when we could count on nothing, Robert was open and filling our prescriptions so we could at least count on him.

Robert, the pharmacist, refused to fill my prescription as my provider was over 50 miles away. I switched to a location 35 miles away, upon which Robert informed me that he pulled 50 miles off the top of his head, and now I needed a provider 20 miles away. When my provider called him to sort this out, he was extremely rude to my psychiatrist. I have no other option than to find another pharmacy that will cooperate and be reasonable.

I've gone to tuttles pharmacy a few times and had a good experience. But today I wasn't able to get away from work to pick up my prescriptions before tuttles closed. I really needed my prescription because it was a day before my surgery. I knocked on the door and the gentleman with the beard was still there! He let me in and he filled all my prescriptions for me almost an hour after they had been closed!! You don't get that type of service and assistance anymore! He was friendly and helpful! I will use tuttles for all my prescriptions from here on out! So if you want to support local business and give your money to a company that goes above and beyond, go to tuttles pharmacy!!

Robert and his staff are the best in the business. I have an unusual prescription and live some distance from the pharmacy and if there is any problem he always calls me first thing so we can coordinate.

A real old friend pharmacy. Not the way it looks but the way they serve their clients. Old fashioned formulary pharmacy is a to mix up specific formulas. On a more modern front they also deliver for no charge!

Listen ladies who work here... you NEED to read your reviews. You are costing the owner business!! Insanely rude think they can talk to you any kind of DISRESPECTFUL way. I legitimately would go into panic attack when I knew I had to call or talk to these people. I was literally charged double the amt which made my script $179.00 vs $94.00!!!! FOR what? Because they can?!!! I'll tell you in the heart of the pandemic when someone is trying to survive on $1300 a mo social security and has a child to raise.... This pharmacy did NOT care. Staff please review stop ignoring, stop price gouging because you think you can, Females how much training did ya'll get for your "stressful" job? Crazy looks like every one of you missed etiquette/ customer relations day.

Robert seems to know every person who comes in. Always the same great service. I remember the Tuttle’s name from when I moved to Sonoma County. You can’t find many stores anymore that have a hometown feel. Exceptional!

I'm honestly sad to post this review. We started coming to Tuttle's several years ago and had a mostly great experience to begin with, even into the pandemic a bit. Things have really seemed to deteriorate recently, though, and we've done our best to be understanding of the current reality, but today used up the last of my patience. Our entire family finally has COVID and my husband called to refill all of the prescriptions we had due on Wednesday for delivery Thursday so we would have that out of the way. When Tuttle's dropped off the next day, there were three prescriptions missing. I called and was informed two needed refills from the doctor, which would have been helpful info for Tuttle's to pass on without us having to ask. When I then asked about the third prescription we ordered that did have refills, the response was, "Yeah, we have that one. Did you want it filled?" Ummmmm...yes? That's why we called to fill it? So I told the woman I spoke to that we would call to speed up the doctor's response for the other refills and that yes, we would like all three of them filled when possible and delivered ASAP. I was told they would do exactly that. I then called the doctor, they called us back with confirmation they sent the refills, and later that day Tuttle's dropped off another bag of prescriptions. Awesome. Except no, we eventually realized they had only dropped off the prescription that already had refills left. So we just assumed the other two would be delivered eventually, but here we are Saturday and still no prescriptions. I called Tuttle's back earlier and asked about the prescriptions and was put on hold and then the woman came back and said, yet again, "Yeah, we have those. Did you want them filled?" YES. Yes, we want them filled and delivered like we asked for THREE DAYS ago. However, of course, their driver had already left and I was told Monday was the earliest they could be delivered. I told her that was not an option. My husband has been super sick with COVID and now feels even worse on top of it, having been without one of his crucial daily meds for several days already. I requested they allow me to pick them up no-contact, which I now get to go do while also sick with COVID. Perhaps the worst part about all of it, though, is that no one is EVER apologetic or seems to take even one OUNCE of responsibility when the mistake is clearly on their end. I asked today what happened and why I was told those prescriptions would be filled and delivered two days ago but never were. I was told the note in the system says "for pickup" so they didn't know. Uhhhhhhh, yeah, no. That's not how this works. Someone there absolutely knew, agreed to initiate the request, completely dropped the ball, and now I get to make a trip to the pharmacy after we specifically went out of our way to make sure we wouldn't have to while sick. Also, the majority of the employees always look and sound bored, annoyed--or both--and like they're doing us a favor just by doing their jobs. Like, I'm pretty sure I have legitimately had one or more of them roll their eyes at me in person. I'm honestly looking forward to not feeling like I'm imposing on someone every time we need medicine. Edit: I waited two hours to make sure the prescriptions were filled and ready before coming to pick them up, yet I sat in a hot car with COVID for over 20min after calling to say I had arrived while they apparently finally filled them. And when I called back 15min into my wait to ask for an update, I was told by Robert that he's working on it but the phone keeps ringing, so he can't get it done...literally insinuating it's somehow my own fault in the end. Unbelievable.

Transferred my prescriptions to this Pharmacy from a chain pharmacy, thinking I'd get personable, courteous service, as I did when I lived elsewhere and always supported the small, locally owned pharmacy. Well, between the rudeness on the phone and the downright disrespectful, condescending attitudes and tone of voice when I went in ( all from women) , I will NEVER return . The only pleasant , kind interaction I had was on the phone a few times with a gentleman ( tech ) . Unbelievable.

Terribly rude, and condescending tone of voice and attitude by two or three of the women I interacted with on the phone as well as when I finally went in to pick up my prescriptions. I think I'll go back to Rite Aid. I wanted to support a small, privately owned Pharmacy as I always did when I lived elsewhere. What a mistake. I did interact a few times on the phone with a gentleman who works there, assuming he is a tech. He was always kind and very helpful. By the way, I'm an elder woman, I do not deserve, and will not ever tolerate such disgusting Behavior.
