Everything was good slexcept uhaul in Vallejo tries to charge me 3200 but my card declined it due to not enough fund. And I rented from u haul in Santa Rosa so it's weird that a Vallejo would be fraudulently charging me dosent make me feel like my private information was safe at all. If I had that much money they would have just taken it.

Called to rent Uhaul- told them I have my temporary Drivers License, passport and virtual credit card - they said yes - I showed up then they said no. Super inconvenient - wish they would have just said no over the phone.

A uhaul representative called to change my reservation to this location. My original appointment was at 8am and I arrived at that time and they were closed. The door was unlocked at 8:55am and we walked in to get out of the rain and she made us go back outside in the rain to wait. When they finally opened at 9am the front desk worker was extremely rude and was not quick. I would not return.

Horrible customer service. The woman was manner-less, impolite, extremely Rude, and discourteous. She was friendly to the man in front of me and went to bring his rental to the front for him. However, when it was my time to receive customer service from her... it was the opposite. Poor communication and when she just TOLD me where my rental was, which I couldn't find, she grew more snappy with me when I asked where exactly it was. She said to me, "it's between the two vans! It's a truck you can see it!" Keep in mind the whole lot had vans and being a first time customer there I had no idea what was going on. She walked out with a attitude and pointed it to me in a second row and said to me "can't you see" I had no clue what her issue was with me I wasn't rude to her and thought I would get the same service as the man in front of me. Iv had a bad day at work too before so I won't mention her name that starts with a *D* but she should be more mindful when customers can see how you treat the person in front of them. Customer service is tough. I won't use this location for services again.

Did not get my contract completely right. So, when I went to return items where... Customer Service told me to go, it was a huge hassle on the computer & calling a U-haul representative to remedy the issue.Great prices though... Cannot complain.

Friendly and helpful staff. Manager Don is always willing to make it happen. Large selection of equipment and packing supplies. Conveniently located as well. I recommend this agent for all your DIY moving needs!

Long waits, confusing process, had a reservation but they didn't have our truck. 3 stars because they came through at the last minute with a different truck that was actually an upgrade but didn't charge us extra.

Someone, please get me a pain pill! Dealing with this shop hurt so badly I cancelled my appointment with them and chose another company who's ok answering a few questions from customers about estimates, being polite and knowledgable and weird things like that. Although, this could have all been a prank because reality cannot possibly be that bad...and it was BAD! Get it together U-Haul managers. Your employees are horrible like that for a reason.

My husband and I made a reservation for a truck. When we showed up they had the truck, however, from there everything went downhill. We were quoted ahead of time that it would be about $30 for the truck for the day + the 8 miles we knew would drive - at a rate of $19.95 and about a dollar per mile. After we returned the truck we found out that they had charged us for 139 miles which given we had taken a picture of the odometer, it was not possible. I contacted this dealer and they said there was nothing they could do, I contacted the district manager who backed up their story and told me that at the bottom of the form which we did not sign because they didn't allow us to when we tried to check out it says that they reserve the right to give us the best rate possible and since we had the truck for one day, $157 plus the original $19.95 was the best rate possible. When I asked the district manager why they would advertise a $19.95 rental when if you have it for less than a full day you still can't get that rate despite barely driving it he said that the $19.95 only applies if you had the truck for 30 minutes or less. Luckily for us their refusal to let us sign paperwork means they can't prove that we ever authorized anything. If my bank dispute does not work out I will sue them. Im not angry about this anymore but for anyone who reads this, beware. They are not honest!!! I can't give less than 1 star here but I would give them -5 if I could.

Awful experience! I made an appointment to have wiring installed on my suv for a horse trailer. I dropped off my car at 9am and was told it would take approximately 2 hours. I called in at 11am for status and was told they would call me back which they did not. I had to call in multiple times over the next couple of hours. Finally at 1pm I was told they don't have the correct equipment and would not be able to work on my car. When asked when they would get the correct equipment, I was told it could take months and my only option was to go to the San Rafael location. Extremely poor customer service!!

I never write reviews until I've been to a place three times. I would give this store a negative rating if I could. Liars; every time I made a reservation one month in advance, called three days before to be told yes no problem. Show up to pick up Reserve truck and get "we just sent our last one out". No explanation,no recourse, absolutely zero help finding something instead basically being told to step out of line and rude behavior from management. Cheats; make you pay upfront full cost and when they don't have what you paid for they don't give your money back for multiple days if you're lucky.No offers to make it right, or give a deal on something smaller that you didn't order. Not sure how this U-Haul store at 3601 Santa Rosa Avenue stays in business but they do. Maybe it's a drug front. U-Haul Corporation should definitely check into this place
