Rebecca at this UPS Store truly delivers top-tier customer service. She consistently goes out of her way to help, and I’ve honestly never experienced service like this at any other UPS location. I actually drive farther just to come to this store because I know I’ll be treated right. Rebecca sets the standard for what customer service should be—professional, helpful, and genuinely caring.
