Amanda was super helpful and positive. Very good energy coming from her and answered all my questions clearly. I’m not a social person, but I felt very comfortable with her. Other cashiers there have been great, it’s my second time being at location #1894 and I plan to only go there for future shipping needs

I walked in to the Yulupa UPS store today and I was greeted by Derek, what can I say, this man does it all. With a busy line, Derek occasionally walked over to me to see if I was doing ok. Derek’s customer service is beyond the 10 rating I can give. Being in customer service for over 15 years its good to see such an amazing job. You rock Derek.
