Three people on staff at the counter Saturday 1/25/25 and none of the three of them "have access" to be able to do livescan fingerprinting. Some of us have a two hour drive to get to our nearest livescan AND can only make that drive on a Saturday. Glad I stood in line for a half hour for nothing - and so did at least two other families that I saw.

Waited in line and took time out of day on a Saturday to get a passport for our child because they list passport hours as 10-2
On Saturdays on USPS and official passport website just be told by employee "We haven't done passport applications on weekends in months. We can't help you." What a joke.

They do not answer the calls and the answering machine gives them the options but does not communicate them with the area in charge because she always hears the option wrong.

Honestly such a hassle for a simple package usps has gone down hill definitely made my experience so bad I didn't even want my package after everything they didPs.. they need to learn to train they're employees better

Helpful friendly staff. Lines move fast and there is also a self serve kiosk in lobby where you can do everything yourself

This branch did not deliver an urgently needed package to a perfectly good address. The automated customer service phone number was zero help. I had to sit on the line in silence after the menu was complete for 5 minutes before it finally redirected me to a real person.After sitting on hold for another 20 mins the person answered and said they couldn't do anything but they did give me the number for this branch. I called the branch several times and they did not answer any of my calls.

Bad customer service. Employee I was with seemed annoyed to assist me. She has a look on her face before I even walked up and said they couldn't offer a service that I checked online to make sure they do. As a long time retail employee I'm extremely surprised how apathetic and bothered the employees here seem

Just picked up a package and had the absolute worst customer experience of my life. ANDREA was working 9.21.23 @12:40pm and was extrmely rude and seemed terribly annoyed to be asked to do her job. I strongly reccomend letting her go or not letting her have any interaction with customers moving forward. She made snotty comments toward me although I was nothing but polite.

Please update your "we missed you" slips. Hours are incorrect, say's open at 8am monday through friday that is incorrect they do not open till 9am.
