Just picked up a package and had the absolute worst customer experience of my life. ANDREA was working 9.21.23 @12:40pm and was extrmely rude and seemed terribly annoyed to be asked to do her job. I strongly reccomend letting her go or not letting her have any interaction with customers moving forward. She made snotty comments toward me although I was nothing but polite.

The worst in service .. by phone or website. Usps HAS to get human beings to take care of “other” issues like loss of mail key etc. This main sr branch’s phone system is useless you wait for a minute and a half minute just hangs up lol! Basically there’s a old dusty phone hanging on the corner no one pays attention too. For those who are disabled , elderly or have no way of driving to a usps branch your out of luck. Straighten up no wonder other delivery services are profiting as your sinking. This is directed at the man at the top post office general. Love my delivery drivers!

Horrible mailmen & will hold your mail if you did not put in a service request to do so. I did not receive mail for 2 weeks until I checked today & it was all jammed in there. I checked everyday for the past 2 weeks & called the office but they said everything had been sent out.

My postal service rocks. I think we (America) take it for granted we have something like this that mostly 'just works' and, internationally, I don't think any other country holds a candle to the USPS either. Thank you all for a great job every day!

Someone turned my wallet in a few years ago. It had my newborns social security card. She was only a week old. It also had 400$ inside. Someone found my wallet and turned it into a pobox. A few months later I moved back to Santa rosa I got keys to my new apartment and the same day this manager at this post office contacted me via Instagram. He had my wallet and my daughter's social my social my ID my cards everything and the 400$!!!!!!!!! Whoever turned that wallet in God bless you. But to the post office who received it u had a opportunity to be shady and u went above and beyond and God brought this opportunity of my first home and my dearly needed wallet on the same day.

I wanted to give a shout-out to Connor, who delivered a package to us on Sunday AND quickly agreed to take an outgoing package onto his mail truck for me SAVING ME A TRIP TO THE POST OFFICE. My husband is gravely ill at home and it is hard to get out to do errands. What a god send Connor was!! It's postal employees like Connor that deserve recognition.

Twice now I've gotten an attempted delivery notice while I've been home. Of course there's no direct number to call. This is THE worst USPS service EVER. Lazy gets you no where, people! But then GOVERNMENT is LAZY, so I guess it makes sense they hire the like!

In and out very quickly. Small U.S. Post Office, but adequate. Parking not great because you have to park your car on the street. It's a folksy USPS.

From holding my mail while I am on vacation to helping me with getting mail and packages ready to send that require signatures upon arrival and insurance for important items this 2nd St. Post Office is a great asset to this community.

They stole my package that had been paid for with express shipping. They were not able to account for what happened to my package. File an insurance claim was there response.Another time they left a package delivery slip in my mailbox for a package that required a signature, they made no effort to even come t my door.Very disappointing
