Very small location usually one or two employees working the counter at a time, and the line can be long during peak hours. They move through the line at a pretty good pace though . Customer service has always been great every time I visit. Plenty of parking , haven’t had any issues here.

Tony is the worst. He's been working there as long as I can remember. My dad and I would always talk about what an awful employee he was; some things never change. Incredibly rude. He would ask a question, and every time I answered, he'd say "hang on a minute," like I was a child getting ahead of myself. He should work in the back, away from customers.

Honestly and truly the worst USPS experience of my life, every time I go here, there is this guy who talks so quietly and sounds depressed and is very unwilling to help in any way. I sat and watched the guy treat 3 people poorly before just leaving myself. It's just kind of sad. Love the distance, but we'll drive downtown now. ?

Tony is the most rude employee I have ever been around. Not only did he yell at a women “to be more considerate” when all she did was ask a simple question, he also belittled a woman who was obviously having trouble finding exact change to pay him. He stated many times that the customers were “wasting his time”…..Shocking coming from someone who’s getting paid considerably well to do the job he applied for AND excepted. I am not one to review places but I’m hoping that his employers will deep dive into the complaints about this single employee. If he makes the customers this uncomfortable then I can only imagine how horrible it is to work with this sad excuse of a man.On the other hand, the other employee was fantastic and extremely nice. Give him a raise for having to work beside a “man” like Tony all day.

Extremely poor customer service at this location. No supplies on hand as other locations. A simple tape there telling customers to purchase online. Are you now just a bare bones operations?

Besides Obi who is awesome (I havent seen him for a while) they will purposely try to overcharge you at this p.o.. Tony is the worst. He'll tell you the lowest charge is somewhere in the middle and when you call him on it, he pretends like he was about to tell you. He's inefficient, rude, super slow, packages always take longer to arrive when he's working. Oddly, things were super efficient, and everything got to their destinations on time when he had time off. He's had several complaints made about him, but I guess he has tenure because they don't fix the problem. When he's not there, lines go quickly. I won't let him help me anymore. This location is only useful if you have no time to go to another one. If you have problems with him, please fill out the survey on your receipt.

It's smaller than main Post office but they have auto and counter services and the workers are terrific!

Did not need to go to a teller just used a letter mailing machine.The instructions on the screen are good and what I wanted to do worked.
