Kara (spelling?) was fantastic! She went way above and beyond to assist me with our business not receiving our mail while moving between office spots. She showed so much empathy after seeing how depressed I was, and she asked for my number, and then did a deep search to find our mail. She then texted me to let me know she found it and that I could come back to pick it up. She not only made my day, she made my week, and possibly saved my job! If USPS has Employee of the Month, she deserves it! Such a nice, friendly person with exceptional customer service. I wish everybody was as caring as she is. Good job Cara, thank you USPS!!!

Don’t answer the phone. Employees look like they just rolled out of bed, poorly groomed and bad attitude. Customers are an inconvenience. Waste of taxpayers money on these lazy employees

Sometimes my packages are there for a while but today I got a call from them after like a month of it being stuck in the post office to let me know my package doesn't contain a address so idk how to feel about that but the service was great when they called!

They never answer the phone! I shouldn't have to drive down when everything can be taken care of with a phone call. They also close at 2pm which makes it more difficult to find the time to drive over. Answer the phone!

I've never had an issue with this post office anex. The location is what it is, but the service has always been awesome! I've been visiting this location for pick ups and prepaid drop offs for 10 years now. Just ring the brass bell! :)

Difficult to find parking at times. Sometimes long wait times at the window . Customer service has been great every visit I’ve had so far.

Went in to pick up a package I missed and for help tracking down a lost one, and they were super nice and helpful! Hours are a bit odd but they weren't too busy around lunch

This is ridiculous!
Why didn’t the mail carrier just put my package in one of the parcel boxes and leave the key in my mailbox so that there would be plenty of room around the box for me to retrieve it?! Instead, they shoved it into my mailbox taking up all the space so that no other mail could be put in there, and it took me 30 minutes and the help of a neighbor to get it out. I nearly had to tear up the box just to get it out. I question the IQ of the person who did this.

Didnt even try to deliver my package. I was home the whole time and they listed it as ‘attempted’ and just took it here.

Yesterday I was Supposed to get a package delivered . It didn’t come because they said that something was obstructing their ability to enter the property. Nothing could be farther from the truth. I am super pissed off. I believe that the delivery guy was just lazy and didn’t even try. I was home in the front door was open and I have dogs that would’ve barked if anybody came to the gate. furthermore when I try to reach anybody at USPS no human being will answer a phone. I tried three or four different numbers. Your customer service sucks.

Several times I have packages be delivered to post office only to have them forwarded to another address per request, I never did request a forward. I live in the area which I must use this post office. I hate it
