Update! Second order placed with Wagner, 4 years after the first one. Beautiful rug! Just exactly want I wanted to update my mundane living room into a more modern look. Very helpful service, frequent updates as we waited for the rug to arrive. I could not be happier and recommend again with five more stars.(first review 4 years ago) Big selection of quality carpets. We looked at the local big box store but the selection was limited compared to Wagner. Here we found just what we wanted. They offer free measurement service, and that was done within two days. Well-sized carpet samples were ordered and arrived quickly. Once we made our choice the carpet arrived in about a week and installation shortly after that. The installers even arrived early on the scheduled day and did a good job. Furniture moving was included in the total price, which in the end was less than the big box for a better quality and more "modern" carpet. We are very happy with our experience and would not hesitate to recommend Wagner Carpet.

We just purchased two rugs from Wagner Carpet and couldn't be more pleased! The folks at Wagner are helpful, friendly and complete experts at what they do. We fell in love with the first piece and then Doug helped us pick a companion carpet that is perfect! He then delivered and installed the 10' round piece as a courtesy with the purchase. From beginning to end, it was a delight to deal with these folks. They will definitely be our Go-to for any flooring we may need in the future...can't say enough good things about them!!!

Great experience! I was looking only for a rug grip to keep it from sliding. Called and dealt with John who was extremely sincere and helpful. They seem to have a vast amount of options of rugs, mats , and carpets to choose from at great prices. But again, the great customer service from local shops always warrant my support in the future. if you need carpet, give them a call!

Wonderful service and beautiful custom made area rug from a local merchant. We had a great experience with Doug Wagner. Our new area rug was completed before the expected time promised and looks great. I highly recommend Wagner Carpets. Not only can we support a local merchant but the quality of his flooring is outstanding and the prices are reasonable.

As a small bathroom, 5' x 9', one would think flooring isn't such a big concern. In talking with Doug at Wagner Carpet he told me of the benefits of using Luxury Vinyl Plank (LVP). This product is 100% water-proof and is designed as a floating floor. The quality of the joinery was very impressive, when placed, there is no discernible gap between tiles. As an experienced DIY'er I found the installation to be quite straight-forward after studying the informative instructions. I placed the planking right on the plywood sub-floor, underlayment is not necessary. One surprise is that the planking comes with a bottom layer of padding which I can feel while moving over the floor. I am absolutely sold on using LVP throughout my home as I remodel it room by room. The look, durability, and value in my opinion is unmatched by other products.
