ABRAHAM ORTIZ ALONSO helped me set up my checking account. I had a 9 am appointment and he arrived 5 minutes after 9am. And he didn't officially see me until 9:10 am. Which why have appointments for 9am if your workers are going to be late or not start at 9. And he made the appointment last longer than a hour. And at the end of the appointment he made me get in line with 6 customers ahead of me to give the teller my money to open my account. I have had two other banks and that has NEVER happened to me before. They took my money and set it up themselves. I was late to work because of this guy. He was nice to talk to but we was slow and had to do other things during my appointment. It's like they do not care about our time we have to spend there. Luckily I will be moving and not have to deal with the Santa Rosa offices but wow. Late and slow. And yeah for the amount of people in the building they did not have enough tellers. The teller girl who helped me was very sweet and fast so that was nice.

Whenever I request assistance by phone their response is remarkably quick and efficient. Customer service is also notably respectful and quick when I go there in person.

This bank continuously has a ratio of 5:1. Yup, 5 people in line FOR EVERY 1 banker at a teller. I've never seen such a big bank, that's always busy, who NEVER has enough team members to ever make stopping at this bank practical. So frustrating! The manager just stands behind the counter tirelessly working to NOT make eye contact with anyone in line. I hate coming here. However, when seen, the people at the counter are always great. Where's management?

Horrible service and extremely understaffed! Don't go here it's a waste of time. Tellers are only Latinos and no diversity what so ever.

Tellers are disrespectful as hell. Managers don't do crap. This whole branch needs to be shut down. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CHANGE. Tellers can be really rude

I went to go deposit money through an ATM, but it got jammed. It spit back my my card and kept the money. I immediately went inside to talk to someone but they told me to call customer service. Well I called that very same day and the said your money will be back on your account either tomorrow or in 8-10. Well it's been more than that and all they did was send me a new card. I want my money back in my account. I have been calling that same number ever since and the wait is more than an hour to talk to someone. Bottom line is I will not stop until I get my money back!!

I'm tremendously bad at understanding banking and how to use any of the services they provide to my advantage. Diana the Service Manager, makes it super easy to understand and takes her time to help. Only bank I'll go to because of her. Thanks Diana

Tried to deposit cash into a friends account for an emergency. We don't live in the same town. The teller refused me to make a deposit without them present. Now, I can understand if I wanted to make a withdrawal. She said I would have to use a personal check or money order. I didn't have time to go back and get a check before they close, so I said OK I'll buy a money order. Well, they won't sell you money orders if you're not a customer. I don't understand why one type of tender differs from another as far as account security is concerned. Furthermore, I am a customer my mortgage is through them but because I didn't have an "account" they wouldn't except it. What a waste of time no wonder everyone hates this place!

Since we moved to Santa Rosa in August, Michaelene has been supportive in several banking and trust services for our checking and savings accounts. This week, she provided very efficient and effective professional service to expedite the transfer of funds between Wells Fargo and another bank, and we really appreciated her efforts because the other bank was not so helpful.

You would think ( this might just be me thinking too logically) that on a business day you would have a dedicated merchant teller at a window ready to go when the branch opens at 9am. I was greeted by the line monitor person and explained they had no merchant teller just two normal tellers and only one of them would do merchant/consumer transactions. Ok. So I stand in the merchant line which had 3 other people in it. The consumer line had 6 people. The line monitor kept apologizing but it wasn't making the 20 minute wait any faster. He explained they have people come in 8:30, 8:45, 9:15, and 9:30. While two tellers struggle and the lead banker who has her arm in a sling attempt to hustle to move people there are 5 bankers sitting at their desks with no one in front of them. Two of which I have seen behind the counter before. By the time I got to the new teller who was not merchant dedicated and would still pull consumers (still why not have a merchant only teller start when business opens as most reconciliations happen first thing in the morning). Three more merchant customers were in line behind me. For a Friday and a Morning the management needs to fix their scheduling. If you bank with them you would almost be better off hitting one of the other branches and not one in the middle of a ton of shopping as they clearly cannot handle the amount of merchant customers or they do not care about the quality of service they give out with the insane wait times.

So I have been banking at Wells Fargo for years. I have never felt an urge to write a review. The line is always awful here and parking is terrible but that is no fault of the bank itself. I came in last week to ask about some charges and the gentlemen that helped me was not very nice, but ultimately did his job. However I really enjoyed my time with Diana Ramirez. She was a sweetheart and very helpful. She did her best to help me at that moment. I will definitely be asking for her help in future situations.

This bank needs some extra help with the merchant line. Every time I come in there is always only one merchant teller or none at all. If I had another bank closer I would go to that one. Maybe some more hiring needs to happen.
