ABRAHAM ORTIZ ALONSO helped me set up my checking account. I had a 9 am appointment and he arrived 5 minutes after 9am. And he didn't officially see me until 9:10 am. Which why have appointments for 9am if your workers are going to be late or not start at 9. And he made the appointment last longer than a hour. And at the end of the appointment he made me get in line with 6 customers ahead of me to give the teller my money to open my account. I have had two other banks and that has NEVER happened to me before. They took my money and set it up themselves. I was late to work because of this guy. He was nice to talk to but we was slow and had to do other things during my appointment. It's like they do not care about our time we have to spend there. Luckily I will be moving and not have to deal with the Santa Rosa offices but wow. Late and slow. And yeah for the amount of people in the building they did not have enough tellers. The teller girl who helped me was very sweet and fast so that was nice.

Teller was not sure how to verify a deposit and would not ask a branch manager to help. Suggested I just go to a different branch? Probably better to try a different bank instead

We understand the banks are collapsing and are trying to save on expenses but to have 2 bank tellers for 30 people in line waiting 40 min is insane it's insane and it's been like this for a while

Whenever I request assistance by phone their response is remarkably quick and efficient. Customer service is also notably respectful and quick when I go there in person.

This bank continuously has a ratio of 5:1. Yup, 5 people in line FOR EVERY 1 banker at a teller. I've never seen such a big bank, that's always busy, who NEVER has enough team members to ever make stopping at this bank practical. So frustrating! The manager just stands behind the counter tirelessly working to NOT make eye contact with anyone in line. I hate coming here. However, when seen, the people at the counter are always great. Where's management?

Came in on a Thursday at 12:30 pm. The line was 20 people deep. 3 tellers initially working, and then of course one of them immediately stopped working for no apparent reason so there were only 2 tellers working. Figure it out Wells Fargo.

Horrible service and extremely understaffed! Don't go here it's a waste of time. Tellers are only Latinos and no diversity what so ever.

When I got there it was too long line with only two cashiers.They want to save money, but don’t really don’t care about other people time that’s really matter some people stop by to the bank to get services during their lunch or break time.Originally they don’t have employees, but they always portent that all employees are sick.

Tellers are disrespectful as hell. Managers don't do crap. This whole branch needs to be shut down. THIS PLACE NEEDS TO CHANGE. Tellers can be really rude

Bank has gone downhill last 3-4 years so bad, now they close on Saturdays too. I hope they go out of business. Looking to take my personal and business banking elsewhere!

Extremely understaffed and need to work faster with individuals. Waited an hour to make a withdrawal and some questions. Other branches weren't available for teller transactions so I was forced to come here. Wish I drove to the next town instead.

I went to go deposit money through an ATM, but it got jammed. It spit back my my card and kept the money. I immediately went inside to talk to someone but they told me to call customer service. Well I called that very same day and the said your money will be back on your account either tomorrow or in 8-10. Well it's been more than that and all they did was send me a new card. I want my money back in my account. I have been calling that same number ever since and the wait is more than an hour to talk to someone. Bottom line is I will not stop until I get my money back!!

I've been using Wells Fargo for the entirety of my life. Since day one, it has been a struggle to withdrawal money and begin building credit. It's actually so terrible, that every time I ask about credit, finances, etc., they tell me to go to another bank. In other words, Wells Fargo team members do not think Wells Fargo is the right option for banking...Are you withdrawing all of your funds and closing your accounts? You're doing the right thing.

I showed up 5-10 minutes before closing and they turned me away. This was after showing up to another branch that I had called to confirm it was open. The automated phone system said it was open but it wasn’t. Wells Fargo has always lacked some professionalism to me but this is over the top. I understand it is a crazy time right now, but if you are running a business you need to update your hours appropriately and service the clients that arrive during those hours. I run a local business and it is not that hard to update your hours.
