This store only sells clothing that are for people 6 foot tall or taller. They do not understand that there are shorter people in construction as well. All shirts are large/ XLarge or XXLarge. No small or medium.

I'd give them one star but I can't. I've gone there 3 times in the last two weeks and NOT ONCE did anyone ask me if I needed help. I stood in the boot section for entirely too long while making eye contact with employees that are sitting down doing absolutely nothing. I ended up getting boots at the other location in Santa Rosa because I was fed up with it. I'm sitting outside the gates now on Monday 12/19/22 and the store is dark and closed up. It's currently 10:35... days they're open but the store is locked and dark. Thanks for nothing work World.

Recently my son had to exchange his work boots due to a flaw.**The Work World staff got right to it. It made my son's day. He wears his boots and is on his feet through out his shift. Friendly and attentive employees is a plus. Good Job!

Went into store. Found the boots I wanted, but they didn't have my sizes, but the employee told me another store can transfer them to this one in 2-3 days. I agreed and he wrote my info down. 3 days go by and I call. The employee didn't know where my info was or what boots they were. After 10 minutes or so he found it and said they weren't in yet. Called 3 days later and spoke to another employee who didn't know my info or what boots. I lost confidence that they even made the transfer happen. Something flaud in their transferring system. Found the same boots on Amazon and got it next day. Same price. Hard to shop for companies like this when they make it harder on the customer. Service is key in any retail business and most lack that service these days.

It was a good experience, the staff is very friendly and helpful and my expectations and needs were met, product diversity could be a little better perhaps but all in all the store experience is on point. Not much to say about this place, it was a simple experience, prices are a little high because the quality is there for their items, but they do have a cheaper marked section for economic choices for work clothing and other items. Thank you Work World.
