Went in for work clothes. I'm working with the DOR case worker recommended. Went in told male employee what I was there for and working with strait to the point he was very helpful so was the female employee. Got the things I wanted brought up to check out he scanned everything printed a sales recipe for me to give to my DOR case worker to submit request got approved a week later went in showed paperwork sent to me in email. Got my items the had on hold with my name git the items copy of sale for myself and DOR case worker and accounting department. Was easy 123 step prosscess thanks W.W. employees. And thanks DOR for the service much appreciated. 🙂↕️🫡🙏

Women’s section insanely underserved.
As if women, and petite women, don’t need work wear. They pretty much only carry anything for LARGE MEN. That’s a shame and I’ll never suggest anyone shop here.

Amber and Justin went out of their way to find the sizing I needed in store and held the other size i needed at the other location. Beyond excellent service!!

Sad to leave a review like this, we have been coming to the store for years. For the last couple of years, this area has declined, and it seems that Work world has allowed this location to pretty much die off. The staff is unattended, and just generally does not care to be there. it is such a large company you would think management would step in at some point. It has changed a lot in the last couple of years. We currently employ 25 guys that were always outfitted at this location. We will be using another vendor from now on

I bought a pair of Keen Pittsburgh boots, I wore them to work for one week ONE WEEK!!! The sole started to peal away from the boot. I took the boots back to Work World immediately. They told me they couldn’t do anything about it and I had to contact Keen Warranty. I contacted Keen warranty and they sent me a email saying I have to return the boots to Work World for and exchange or return. So I took the boots back to Work World on Santa Rosa Ave. I showed them the email and they said there is nothing they could do about it. I was very upset and left the boots in the store. I will never go back to the store for anything and I will never by Keen boots again.

I had gotten a pair of work boots and I had not even worn them for 3 hours and they had giving me blisters and I went to return them, and they said that they would not give me my money back or exchange them because I had already gotten them dirty

We just had the best experience this afternoon! The young man that was helping my husband was ON IT! He was going to and from the back, whipping out different boots that fit the description of what my husband said he was wanting/needing. AND, he was also helping another gentleman at the same time. I wish I could remember his name so that he would get his props but my memory ain't what it used to be LOL. He was wearing shorts and he had a tat on his calve. (Just incase his boss is reading this) The cashier, Justin was super sweet also.
