Worst experience ever will never go back, lady that runs it yelling made a girl stop doing my toes to have another do mine that rushed, all lumpy so that first girl could do two girls that came in after me, told her how terrible they looked she s reams we use opi accept we didn't use opi she's yelling out like she's running some military operation her dogs surrounded me saw her treat elderly man terrible dogs should be removed as they are intimidation experience was appalling! Terrible management.

I absolutely love Zen nails. I have never had acrylics that stay nice week after week. Dana is fantastic as well as the rest of the staff. I won’t go anywhere else for my nails!

my favorite nail studio - the staff are lovely, they offer a range of beverages, the massage chairs feel great, but most of all….there are teddy bear-lions (ok, they are chows) lounging around the studio - they are the cutest dogs ever.

Got a pedicure and I was not impressed. It was rushed. She scrubbed one side of my foot for less than 10 seconds. No lotion. Gel on nails was ok, missing areas, no precision whatsoever they just seem to get you in and out as soon as possible. I see all these comments saying they got a massage, I didn’t get one. The massage chair is not that good it only has one setting. They soak your feet for like 10 min and then dump the water so not really relaxing. Will not return.Also, the place is huge and overwhelming if you have anxiety.

Worst place ever, I'll never ever go back. I went there for my son's wedding. They absolutely suck. I was there for less than an hour. Hundred bucks for nails that chipped immediately. I knew I should have left when the young owner screamed. Yes, screamed at an elderly lady. Because her foot fell into the tub accidentally. She yelled to her. You don't do that, you don't do that ridiculous. You guys make the place look all shiny. That when you come in, it sucks. And please don't deny what happened because you guys do have cameras. I believe in your facility, so it is truthful what I'm stating.

It's been a year or so since I have been here. There are things to like about it and things I don't which is why I probably won't be back. The place is kept clean which I can really appreciate. They offer free beverages -even wine- so if that's your thing then you may love it. The shop is huge and I think this is great but also works against them. I called a few hours before my appointment and they were able to get me in. They asked I be there 10 minutes before to pick out a gel color. For reference I was getting a full set with gel polish. I was quickly sat down but no one brought the polish to me until my tech sat down 5 minutes after my apointment time. She was very nice and sweet but I don't think she is comfortable with acrylic especially shaped nails. I wear mine short and prefer a pointed almond. They were longer than I wanted and said something so she went a bit shorter and said oh that's good. I didn't say anything because it was clear she wasn't comfortable. The shape ended up being ok but not great and the thumbs were a mess so I had to say something and she fixed them the best she could. Their website says 55 for acrylic set gel polish and they charged me 65. If the nails were perfection I probably would have been ok but they weren't. They need a better shape. They have to finish people so fast because they are so busy. The owner was speaking negatively of customers on the phone. She seemed like she didn't want to be there. And her interaction with guests left a bit to be desired (for me). I appreciate them getting me in quickly and I love that it's clean but the prices didn't reflect quality. For reference i have been to zen a few times even when they were much smaller and over on the other side of Montgomery village. Oh and yes there are three big chows right when you walk in. I love dogs but I did find it funny there was a sign saying no animals including dogs and I was greeted by three big chows.Service: Acrylic nails

The front desk manager is usually anxious and rude, and doesn’t understand her customer’s questions; and if she sometimes does, she usually gives a quick rude response and you wonder if she’s on the same wave link. My understanding is the technicians over time since opening have quit working for her because of this rudeness so possibly it’s come full circle for everyone at this business, clients, technicians, cleaners, and she now is bringing technicians from the East Bay I heard first hand since locals have quit, I presume because of her attitude.I do hope they can stay in business as I don’t wish them any negativity, but I do feel the front desk woman needs to correct her behavior with her customers and adjust her attitude. I was taught when I started working on the first day many years ago to leave any personal problems, negativity, etc. in an imaginary bucket at the door before I entered the business. I hope the front desk manager learns this quickly as people I’ve recently met through light conversation (two today on a walk through Montgomery Village) have made the change to another nail spa business already. Went to get a fill and left with no nails. Lady kept filing away. I complained to the owner but there is no customer service here. She still charged me in full. I will not be going back, too many other great options. looks like they’ve gone down hill and I can see many other negative reviews.Service: Acrylic nails
