“My friend and I stopped by Lemo’s Pet Shop on a scorching Tuesday afternoon, around 2:07 p.m., with temperatures hitting 100 degrees. Despite the heat, the experience was easily a 10 out of 10, thanks to Corey’s exceptional customer service. As soon as we entered, we were greeted by Corey’s calm and welcoming voice, which immediately made us feel at ease. He helped us find the right dog food, even letting us know the brand had rebranded their bags—something we wouldn’t have known otherwise. Corey also gave us an insightful rundown on shrinkflation and how it’s affecting dog food supplies.
The checkout process was quick and friendly, and Corey even chatted with us about the rewards program. We grabbed some treats, including a couple of bull sticks, and Corey went the extra mile—literally—by carrying our 40-pound bag of dog food through the heat to our car, parked in the parking lot. Absolutely top-notch service!”

It was super easy to get an appt within a few days and we didn't have to leave our pup for hours, which was so nice. Their groomer did an incredible job. Our baby was so happy after she got home. I feel like the price is comparable to other groomers too. We'll definitely be back!”
