This morning one employee must have been having a power trip! Because he accuses 2 people of stealing, no evidence, no manager, just claims with no evidence and told them they couldn't come in any more. The man asked for a manager but he told him no! They took their items paid for them and left, after being harassed by the cashier. It was unacceptable! No evidence, no manager. Seriously that's a big issue. Wont be coming here anymore.

I having been visiting this location for more than a year now. The location during my visits is always clean in the morning time, there are two employees the same two guys almost every day including Sunday and Saturday morning visits that are just the nicest guys to have around. My new favorite thing is the Coffee and current free Muffin with rewards purchase, the Blueberry Muffin whoever makes them is on point. Since I dont drink coffee the git chocolate qualifies as well and I love a large hit chocolate on a cold morning. Keep up the good work everyone.

I went into this 711 because my business had a job down the street and I wanted to pick up a vape. This guy behind the counter told me it wasn't his f****n job to show me the different flavors and when I told him maybe he should get a job at McDonald's he told me to suck his d**k. Wth ?? When I told the owner he said he would give the guy a warning ?!?? I've been coming here for 20 years and have never had an issue until now. The owner doesn't respect his business or customers and the guy ( his name is Fadi) obviously has a mom that didn't teach him any manners or maybe he's still breastfeeding ? I've never been spoken to like that and I have a lot friends that go there.. The word will get out that the owner allows his employees to be disrespectful to the customers has the employee was only given a warning. I reached out to the 711 franchise division @ (866) 395-4697 and will be following up later today. This is a 711 issue has they are operating a 711 business whether it's corporate or a franchise store they are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the brand.

I don't understand those who leave a bad review. probably tourists that had a bad day. I go there now and then on my bike, they're cheap, they're always decently pleasant if not extremely nice to me. I stopped there because I'm a teenager and I don't have heaps of money, really nice dude. This is at least what you'd expect from a corner store. I got home and decided to finally leave a review because I want these people to do well.

This is by far the top 7-Eleven in Santee. And it is better than any San Diego 7-Elevens I've been in. I gave it a 4-star rating only because not all the items had a posted price. But five stars is what two of the employees, SCOTT and RASHAD, deserve. In fact it's because of them that I go to this 7-Eleven even though some nearby 7-11 stores have slightly cheaper prices. Should these two fine young gentleman ever be gone from this store I will be extremely sad and seeking to find another 7-Eleven. The manager would do well to retain such wonderful employees by giving them salary raises if not twice a year at least annually. They are fully deserving of it!!!

Getting really upset with this store. Came in on a Friday evening and my card had insufficient funds so the kid behind the refrigerator said it was declined. "Said" it's now been almost a week and the charge is still on my account as pending... tried speaking with a manager that night after the employee told me he couldn't give me a receipt that says declined bc he had helped other customers after me for some reason. Didn't get any help from either of them. Then I called on Monday to see why the charge was still pending but who I assumed was the manager told me to wait until today to see if the charge had gone through or not.... its still pending! And I haven't been able to get ahold of anyone from that store all day. Times are tough right now and I really could use that +$20 that's just sitting on hold. Not sure what to do now but I'd really like my money back as quickly as possible and a call from the manager to let me know what's going on. So I guess we'll just see if I get my money back or not because so far it doesn't look like it...??
