American Eagle Self Storage is awesome. They have super easy booking online; They followed up the very next morning after a late-night online sign-up and they made the whole process of obtaining a storage space super quick and beyond easy. The staff is very courteous and helpful. they explained what to expect very clearly and they have great prices. It is a very clean facility, in an easy-to-find location and I feel very safe storing my belongings there.

Move there this month after three years at another storage place in Santee you can’t compare the two that so pleased I am with American storage. The people were excellent. Took care of everything. You can’t find rates as good as their anywhere in town but the quality of the facility in the units are really good as expensive places, Ruby and Ben were a joy to work with

I recently rented a storage unit for some items from our families estate and had the pleasure of working with Ruby. I deal with a lot of companies and unfortunately good service is hard to find but Ruby restored my faith in the fact that there are still some good people out there.

I began using American Eagle about 8 months ago, after using Rockvill for the previous 4 years. Rockvill had always felt a little dirty... Minimal maintenance and clean up around the lot. After much consideration, I made the switch... and I am SO HAPPY I did. From the first time I visited the complex and was shown around the property by Ruby, who by the way is a rockstar, to whenever I need to access my unit now, I have been nothing short of impressed. It's always clean, the staff is always nice, and it's just been an overall incredible experience. Why is Ruby a rockstar you ask? She was extremely helpful and knowlegable when I first came in - it's clear that she's been in the industry for a number of years now. She is also always so nice, she always asks me how my day is and seems genuinely interested in what I have to say. I would highly recommend this American Eagle self Storage to anyone! Thank you!

we are a Casino business, having a storage unit is mandatory , American Eagle Storage in Santee has the nicest and most helpful staff. I have had many units in many different places and without question, Ruby and her staff are by far the friendliest and kindest I have encountered. I enjoy seeing them which I promise is NOT the case of my other unit on Pacific Highwa.

Brice was absolutely amazing and wonderful. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to help me decide on the best storage unit. I’ve been shopping around, but this was the best place by far to include value and customer service. Highly recommend.

Ruby was fantastic and so communicative!She really helped us reserve the unit we needed and got back to my emails and calls very quickly. I really appreciated her help! Us being military she was also kind enough to let me know about the promotions they had and show us around the unit. I would recommend this for the best deal in Santee and great service!
