My family brought our service from T-Mobile do to poor service. We were greeted by Dylan and he was so attentive, he didn't give us false info so he could make a buck or two off of us. I honestly had 100% trust in all the information he gave us, he didn't run in circles on a price or how everything was gonna work or not for us. He didn't guess on the answers for our many questions. If he wasn't sure he'd ask his store manager and bring back a straight forward answer. He was very knowledgeable and we greatly appreciated Dylan. Thank you Dylan for all you did and you eased our minds.

The two ladies that helped & assisted were friendly and thorough. There were a few customers walking in within that time. But they were greeted with a smile & told that there is a wait. In spite of that - they were flowing & answering every questions. And also manage to make a sale.They helped me too and fixed my phone issue.Great customer service!

Dayana did an AMAZING job ! My father isn't extremely tech savvy and with age his memory is not 100. She was patient with him, helped him understand and get all of his issues resolved within a short time. If we have any future problems, I know what store and what rep I'll be seeing. Give this girl a raise !!

Absolutely horrible customer service at this store. I order my new iphone 15pro max online and i received the 15pro instead. The phone was delivered with their Asurion representatitve (Dylan). After he opened the seal i noticed that the phone was 15pro and informed him, he said to go to an att store and inform them with the issue. I arrive at Santee store and first thing they tell me its a $55 charge for return/exchange and without even listening to my issue the older guy walks away and not showing any interest in listening to me. Won't ever go back to this store again.

This location treated my husband very poorly. My husband went in to upgrade his phone an hour before closing and an associate by the name Juan refused to help him said that they did not have the phone. When online it showed it was available. The next day I called to make sure the phone was there an employee told me they had it in stock so my husband went back to this location for them to tell him there was nothing he can do for us. We then spoke to a manger by the name of Diane who had horrible customer service skills. I have worked in retail as a store manager for ten years never would I ever treat a customer this way. I don't like to do reviews but this experience has been awful. Finally we were able to go to the El Cajon location where everyone was helpful and respectful. Will never go back here for our ATT needs.

I've had AT&T for years with no issues, and now that I'm having phone, data and service issues this store is just unwilling to help me out. Att wants to pass the problems off to Google and vis versa. They have no problem taking your money but will not help you out when it comes to replacement phones or warranty concerns.

Brooke and Dayana at the Santee Town Square plaza store were so helpful with everything and very patient with my elderly mother who got very confused. They were slow and sweet with her and very kind. We got a new account set up and our broken receiver replaced.

Super easy phone upgrade. The employees were very knowledgeable and told me about the different phones and what the perks of certain ones were. I picked the one I wanted and they immediately got it and helped me transfer my data plan over and all my device data to the new phone. Completely seamless upgrade with zero issues. 11/10 Service

Not recommended.Came by store today trying to upgrade one of my lines on the account. Store was busy but we still got help. Phone was “in stock”, but after declining his offers he went to the back of the store to where I assume they have the phone with manager to come back and say that phone was not in stock. To me this very sketchy . I have been with Att for years and I have always like to upgrade my phone in store due to Att great customers service. I don’t think this store is a proud provider of “At Your Service” that ATT is so proud of.

Great customer service, Eli is the best!registers. He was able to help me with my phone purchase and was very knowledgeable regarding the products and the best offers. I was able to get the phone I wanted along with a case to protect it and the accessories had a deal. I love it!!!
