The bank is not open for customers hours. They do not care about customers that only have access to banks on the weekend because of their jobs. Bank of America They don't give a rat a** about their customer. They don't care about the customers they only care about the fees they charge and don't give the customers the time to go to the bank.

I used to believe Bank of American in Chinatown in Las Vegas was the worst and seems like I was wrong. I had to go to this location to pickup the foreign currency I ordered online. TBH I didn't wanna go there because their service is so slow and terrible but there was $14 for handling and shipping fees so decided to go there. BIG MISTAKE. The wait was so long and like 30 people were waiting when there were only 2 employees working then their supervisor was just killing her time back there without helping us. But she shamelessly came to us only when she wanted upsell something and as soon as she found out that we were not interested, she disappeared. Seriously I should have paid $14 shipping then I wouldn't have wasted my time at the bank. BTW their security guard(young white dude) was so useless. When I tried to walk in with the baby stroller, he was checking his cellphone and didn't try to hold the door for me. Thank you for doing nothing, guys :[

I was fortunate enough to receive an appointment withTY PHAM.She is the most knowledgeable and helpful person that I have experienced in a very long time. Ty listened very intently with my issue, then took ownership of it, and was able to come to a solution twice or three times better than I ever thought was possible. I left the branch a much happier customer, and had my positive feelings toward Bank of America renewed 100%.I hope the Management is able to recognize Ty for an excellent job well done!Thank you Ty - I will be banking at this branch moving forward.

Update: They have reopened the branch. I gave them 4 stars bc they could have done a better job notifying customers about the constant closures and the fees are hefty.

Been in line to pull money out of an account that is more than the atm will allow.... For over an hour. There was 8 ppl in front of me when I got here and now there is 6 people. This is crazy and they close in 1 hour at this rate I might have to come back tomorrow! I've been with Wells Fargo for 15 years and have never had this issue! There is only 2 tellers and I understand being short handed but there is 4 bankers behind desks and only 1 is helping someone.... The rest are seemingly doing nothing but getting up for bathroom breaks. Can't they help?

HORRIBLE Customer Service!! Unfortunately I can't give them 0 stars. Went in today to setup instructions for a CD that expires next week. A routine transaction ALL other bank. B of A can't do this without a penalty. WOW, talk about going the extra mile to stick to your customers.

BRANCH WAS CLOSED!I understand closing and reduced hours for COVID. I do not understand why the bank was closed this morning with ALL THREE ATMs out of money. I needed cash and Bank of America was unable to allow me to withdraw $20 from my account at 11:15 on a Tuesday morning. It appears that no employees have been to the Santee branch all day.

There is so many negative feedbacks on customer service at this bank. I really hope that this location look into their customer service. The staff are extremely unpleasant and demanding. They keep telling me to go online and find out or call the number instead of assisting me in what I need help with. Sara Shamon is a relationship manager but she doesn't know how to be a role model. She informed me that " I don't want to help you." What kind of staff tells their customer that. I'm extremely disappointed in this bank location.

Update. If u notice none of them wear name tags! Nobody in line. 3 tellers on and I'm still waiting 15 mins to get helped. Rita finally comes and makes me as 3 Times! No JOKE 3 Times to just withdraw my money. They try to tell me I can't withdraw money here anymore because it's a prepaid card! That's not my problem!! I have no control overly what bank the state picks. My bank CHASE IS CLOSED!! Then Rita proceeds to try to get me to drive to the CHASE IN EL CAJON. There's 0 PEOPLE IN LINE. Just ridiculous!!! I would go to my bank if it was open.!!! They also give you the third degree if you have their unemployment card. They were trying to act like they weren't gonna give it to me!!! It's ridiculous! I can't believe the way they treat people here. They supposedly were trying to get me out of there quicker because there was a huge line. I wanted to withdraw from my Bank of America prepaid card. They brought me the iPad and the debit machine, checked my ID, and had me sign a withdrawal slip while I was in line. They told me all I had to do is go to the man teller (only 1 man and 3 other women tellers working)and get my cash. When it was finally my turn after waiting 30 minutes, that man Martin K was helping someone. After the first 2 times I was skipped in line, I didn't say anything. After the Fourth time and waiting 15 mins at the FRONT OF THE LINE I said out loud "wow this is really annoying." Apparantly the other tellers couldn't help me at this point. Which made no sense. When I got up there the man apologized for the wait, and I explained to him that it was unacceptable. I told him they're supposed to be saving me time but ended up making me stay longer. I told him it's counterproductive. He then tells me I don't have to come here and I can go to my bank which is chase. The So Called Woman manager comes over to ask what's wrong. She cuts me off when I try to explain and only wants to hear the employees watered down version. I tried to explain again after he was done. She cuts me off AGAIN and won't even listen to what I have to say! She says I'm being rude to her employee and she doesn't wanna hear what I have to say! I would think Management would want to know what's going on so the next customer wouldn't have to go through what I went through. There's a long line it is a Tuesday, IDK maybe people get paid on the Ninth and 1 pm on Tuesday is there busy time. I don't know, it was busy in there and I totally get that. Don't put me through something that's gonna make me stay longer than a normal customer, when I am a normal customer. The teller also told me three additional times that I could go to Chase because that's who I bank with and I don't have to come to Bank of America. He made sure to hammer home that I didn't have to come back there. The 1st time he said this I thanked him. When he proceeded to tell me that I didn't have to come there that's when I said "I know!" abruptly.. The Man teller proceeded to tell me that my PrePaid Bank of America card, is not through Bank of America! . I have a prepaid Bank of America APP on my phone and the card has a Bank of America Logo and phone number on the back! How is this not a Bank of America product?. He was trying to say that he's doing me a favor by withdrawing money from my Bank of America prepaid card! It is obvious why the whole staff here is unpleasant and rude because it starts with that manager. I cannot believe that this is how they talk to customers! Then They try and explain how you're not even a customer, when you have a Bank of America product, and a Bank of America prepaid account. I had to do the whole process again once I got to the teller. I don't know what the point of the iPad and debit machine. My signed receipt was worthless. I had to do everything I did in line all over again with him. So it took another 10 minutes just to get the money that was supposed to already been withdra
