I’ve only been in this branch twice (rarely ever need to these days), and both times I was extremely pleased with the level of service I received. The first visit was an effort to track down a wire transfer that a client insisted they sent (money never arrived). Even though the error wasn’t on my end, and technically nothing my bank can do, there were two members who took the time to review all the paperwork I had and help me track down the missing money, and let me know my options. Nothing they could do as a bank, but simply sharing their knowledge with me, helped me track down a missing $1000 payment. The second time was to send a wire transfer, and Anthony was very patient and knowledgable, walked me through the whole process and even helped me save a bit on fees in the process.
Rare that I feel the need to post a review on something as simple as a bank visit, but credit where it’s due. This crew takes customer service seriously. Even I was being helped, I saw every person who walked into the branch greeted with kindness and attention. The world could use more of this. :)

Very rude staff. They make everything inconvenient. The employee Mary and manager Steve are both very rude individuals. I have been coming here for years and all of a sudden all of their policies have changed. What a waste of time. I will be making a formal complaint about their rudeness and lack of customer service. You are a bank, it is your job to provide customer service, right? They deserve ZERO stars!!!!

1 week later ATMs outside all three still not working. I went inside and spoke to a Chaldean guy very rude by the way I told him you guys ATMs do not work outside that's kind of inconvenient in the most polite manner still was not fazed and looked at me like he didn't care or could of said I'm sorry about the inconvenience. They have it all wrong beware the machines don't work they're very rude and the security outside sitting on his phone what a place! Go somewhere else to do business

Best bank I have experienced by far. This location couldn't be better. Love the ATMs inside every Chase that allow me to pull out up to $2,500. Tellers are always very nice and have the best customer service.

Honestly I'd give this branch 0 stars if I could. My "private banker" Tyson Eckel has been of no help when I needed copies of important documents not available online. When reaching out to the branch manager Steve Almakadsi he was equally unprofessional in ignoring my request for help. In my experience if your needs require any effort at all these two employees are simply not going to have your back. If you have a small company or investment needs I would suggest taking your business elsewhere or a different branch. I realize that one or two people do not represent the integrity of an entire organization, however, I would not work with either of these two employees again. I have found another Chase Branch to be more friendly and responsive to my banking needs.

Recent experience on a Saturday afternoon was terrible. Arrived just as the bank was closing at precisely 2:00, and was flat out refused to make a straight deposit, a 30 second transaction. (So my running (literally) to make it on time was fruitless.)The guy at the door was was relentlessly rude and unwilling to make ANY exception, even when told I was a "Chase Private Client". Told me to "Pound Sand". Until the staff here is re-educated on the concept of Customer Service", I recommend 'avoid' and use another bank, or at least a different branch.

I was here today and the service from everyone was amazing. I was really nervous to get a cashiers check because it was my first time going through that process. They were patient with me while I was figuring out the information I needed, offered me a place to sit and some water, and explained everything in detail when I asked questions. It was such a great start to my stressful morning and made the rest of the day feel like it was going to go well, as funny as it is to say.

Came here twice back in June, both were impressive experiences.The first time was for a wired transaction, helped by a teller named Karina, who made the whole process a piece of cake.The second time we were greeted by the manager Nick, and even got a free water on that smoking hot day.My wife was happy and insisted that I should keep my assets here.

Never have I felt the need to review a bank. But this was exceptional.Very hot day in santee...arrive in bank at 3pm, upon entry greeted and smiled at. I used some of their sanitizer which was aweful and sticky so they offered me kleenex to wipe with and also offered every customer there some cold water which was very refreshing. Stupendous customer service and outstanding smiles. Makes me wanna use chase exclusively. I wish all banks were like this.

Came in without my debit card to withdrawal $350. Handed the teller my id and slip. She asked me to verify my SSN which I did. Then proceeded to tell me It's not me with her look of oh I caught you it's not you. I've never had this issue and look just like my ID. Was not the least bit nice or apologetic in the end and refuse to escalate this with management. I would never come back to this branch again. There are tons of security questions I could have been asked rather than telling me I'm not who I say I am. Wow ok you caught me with $350!!! Worst chase bank ever!!!!!
