My husband and went there to get our Covid and flu shots and the pharmacist lied and said I needed an appointment. When the CVS SITE CLEARLY say walk in welcome. I’m 😡 my hubby and I were planning on taking it easy on Monday and let the vaccines do their work.

New CVS phone system is no good for pharmacy clients. You can NO LONGER SPEAK TO A PHARMACIST about your medication. Now you HAVE TO LEAVE A MESSAGE. Useless.

If you need vaccines of any sort DO NOT go to the CVS in Target in SANTEE!! Please keep in mind we have been going here for years. We were informed today that my son was “accidentally” given the wrong shot. I called to speak with the manager and all she kept saying was sorry. I had spoken to the pharmacist two times prior to my son going in and she said multiple times that “everything” is ready to go he can just come in and we will give him the shot. She did tell us when their lunch break was so he didn’t come during that!! When my son asked for the paperwork he was told they get that after the 2nd dose. We are getting NO answers right away because they have to “investigate”. This is awful that this even happened!

Spoke to Laura, who indicated she is an intern. I have a prescription that was sent 2 weeks early as my Dr. is out of country. It is a controlled substance, NOT ANY OPIOD! I will be out before the order comes in she said. She Lso said she can't have another CVS fill it, which is I believe NoT true as they have many times before. Her attitude was judgmental and rude. I have many prescription s here. Always out of meds and always a problem. Someone from Corperate needs to come spend a day to train.

Thank you for the great service from these two people that have provided professional services.Please keep them in this store # 16817 number 1 Regina she is one of best, and number 2 Jwana I have never been more interested by the great service they have provided to me and all of the customers that I have seen them service, l do wish more people would take the time for this survey , these two staff members are very good ?

My newborn needs prescription that was supposed to be ready 3 weeks ago they keep saying they put the order in and check back next week! This is the 3rd time u guys need to get it together and work on your customer service too while your at it!

Excellent service. Another CVS sent me there. The Santee pharmacy staff was helpful, considerate and kind. They were sensitive to my issue that the other CVS caused.

This has been my pharmacy for quite some time, but today they went above and beyond for me. My doctors office could not get my prescription correct and it took three phone calls from both Gillian, the pharmacy tech, and Phi, the RPh, to get it corrected. Gillian kept in contact with me each step of the way and kept me updated. When I arrived to pick it up, Phi assisted me with a lengthy consultation, answered all my questions and really made me feel like I mattered. It was much needed and I could not be more thankful. If you live in Santee, this CVS inside Target is wonderful.

They are always out of stock of certain cough, cold and allergy medications. When they aren't completely out, cashier's push the most expensive behind the counter products. (And say they are out of all other types)

Staff is very nice and friendly, my proscriptions are always ready and if I walk in to get one that’s not filled yet they fill it in less then 15mins.

This CVS store is always kept clean, the staff is nice and very helpful. Good selection of beer and liquor, only issue is the beer fridge needs to be replaced or serviced because the beer is never cold. 24 hours for all your needs.
