In May 2023 Hugo and his team did a sidewalk inside my property behind my garage. The sidewalk soon started cracking, and breaking. I have called and text him many times for more than 2 years now. He kept telling me they would fix it but havent. I have being patient all this time. They did other jobs in my property that are just fine, I hope this helps me get my sidewalk redone.

We had an amazing experience working with this family-owned business. We knew this was going to be a BIG project, so it was very important for us to find someone we could trust. During our initial encounter, we met Hugo. He took the time to get to know us, our family, and our vision. Something no other company had done (we interviewed about a dozen other companies). Next, we met his wife, Sinthia. I sat on the floor to look at samples, completely overwhelmed with options. Sinthia sat right next to me. She was so patient and kind. They both provided such a calm, low-pressure experience. It was exactly what we were looking for. After establishing trust, we decided to move forward. They did NOT disappoint! They had consistent and timely communication throughout the entirety of the project. The workers were punctual, efficient, and detail-oriented. Everyone was very friendly. One of the things I loved most was how they allowed us the creative space to bring our backyard vision to life while also providing professional advice. They took the time to discuss their honest professional opinions along with pros/cons and different ideas to consider. This balance allowed us the ability to consider all options before making a decision without feeling pressured. It was clear they had the very best intentions. Our yard looks absolutely amazing. It's better than we ever imagined! We will definitely work with them in the future, and we highly recommend them!

Del Sol Pavers did 2 jobs for me. I put pavers and turf in the front and back yards as well as a retaining wall in the backyard. They were fast, professional, did excellent work at a fair price. I was referred to them and give them my highest praise.

DEL SOL is very professional and does an excellent job. We had our drive way and a retaining wall done most recently. Our neighbors were very complementary with the finished project. The price was reasonable and the project on time. We have used this company for 3 other projects and are always pleased with the results /workmanship.

Hugo tried to bump price and reschedule on their first day here. Herman was great during the scheduling, bid, and detailed conversations about how the base of the tiles would be designed. Herman was out the morning the job was to begin, looked over all details again and said everything was good to go. A few hours later his partner Hugo showed up and said he couldn't guarantee anything on the job, that they would have to reschedule and that the clay soil here required more work to be done. Herman already saw the exposed soil throughout the entire project and said everything was good. Bottom of line: they did not stand by our agreement and tried to bump the price - for that I sent them packing! Not trustworthy.

When I failed to work on our yard remodel project, my wife stepped in and contacted Hugo at Del Sol Pavers. The results were dramatic and we couldn't have been happier with the results. We had a tired and lackluster front and backyard left. It had seen little change over the years and needed a major re-do. Between my wife's desires, Hugo's ideas, and his crew's hard work, the results are perfect. If you need paver and hardscape work done, don't hesitate to give Hugo and his team a call.

Herman and the team at Del Sol Pavers did a fantastic job on our project. We had about 400 square feet of turf put in. They had a great price, start date was fast and the work is perfect. We are so glad we used this company for our turf project.

My backyard papers were in need of refreshing. I contacted Herman with Del Sol Pavers in Santee. He came out within a day or two and worked up a good price. A few days later, they cleaned the papers and sealed them. They were very professional, courteous and prompt in sealing my papers. Herman was great to work with, wonderful customer service.

I have nothing but great things to say about my experience with Del Sol. They did an amazing job installing my back yard. It took two days to remove and level the dirt and the install pavers and turf. Additionally they extended the drainage system. At the end of each day, they cleaned up their materials to avoid imposing in my neighbors. I highly recommend them for your next landscaping project.

Hugo and his team did an amazing job on our backyard. We had horrible drainage issues and a slope that was not controlled. His team came in and quickly transformed the entire backyard including a retaining wall, drainage, steps, gravel, flower garden. They were very good and communicating changes and updates with us. Taking time whenever they could to answer our questions and were accommodating to a few changes we wanted as the project progressed. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to change their landscaping.

It's been two years now since I hired Del Sol Pavers to do some work in my yard. Most of the work, including that performed by their subcontractors, was good. And their price was competitive. But, I learned the hard way, once payment in full was made, they had no further incentive to fix problems that arose afterwards. In my case, it was literally two days after they constructed a two-sided vinyl fence around my pool controls that the first substantial wind blew most of the panels out. Turns out, they had just been popped into place - there were no screws to provide security. Despite promises to come back out and correct the matter, they never did. So, my recommendation is to NOT hire this company for fences and to not expect any after-sale service.
